great place near the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, amazing porches and decks and a pool. Perfect for what we needed!

close enough to bike to seaside- far enough away that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. the floor plan was perfect for multiple families. would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location and House

We had a great stay, location could not have been better, had plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Cleaners could have been more thorough.

Stay in Santa Rosa

This property was well managed and looked great upon arrival. The pool was nice however it took over 3 days to turn on the heat after the request and was still priced for the full stay. Amenities were nice. Overall was a great stay.

Great location with a pool

When you go to the beach, there is nothing better than being ON the beach. This place is as close as it gets. Public beach access is a 2-3 minute walk. Location is great! Pool area is definitely the highlight of the house!

Exactly What We Wanted

Very spacious for our family. The gaming systems were great for down time while we got dinner ready. The beach was great, and it was nice to come back to a heated pool. My family loved the house and definitely book it again.

Family Friendly

This is a great location. Fabulous for a big group. It would be nice if they serviced the pool once during your stay to help maintain it. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

We rented this house for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. The house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of places to sleep. All was clean and all supplies were there. Only complaint is that the beds were hard - some of us liked that and some of us didn't. = ) Would definitely stay there again.

place was solid , a litttle dated and some of the poolside furniture was in decent shape at best , close to beach . quiet location , stairs upstairs were very steep almost uncomfortable steep. overall was nice would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations for a large family and excellent location...beach access is just across the street! Just be aware that bunks have a 100 lb this can be a bit limiting for teen/preteen kiddos.

Wonderful house

It was clean and comfortable. The beach only a short walk away and my grandchildren loved it. Then they had the pool to swim in after the beach. I had to make a maintenance call and they showed up quickly to take care of it. As a matter of fact my 5 year old granddaughter cried and did not want to leave. That’s how much fun she had with her cousins.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our large group mixed with adults and kids. There are 2 kitchens and plenty of bathrooms and sleeping spaces which worked really well for our large group. The pool was great and we paid extra to heat it since the weather got cool during our trip. The cost was reasonable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Besides the 2nd floor master and bathroom, the house is a bit dated but the location and size of the house was perfect and we had everything we needed.

Great Beach House, Better Location

Pros: The location is the best part of this house. You are a very short walk from the beach and the location feels secluded from the other houses. The backyard is great. Plenty of parking. Cons: The ground floor hot water would run out. Very few supplies left for us like paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

Perfect Beach House

Had an amazing vacation! We absolutely loved the house. The best part is how spacious it is. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The location is perfect. We walked to Seaside and to shopping/eating in Seagrove. I was so happy not to get in my car all week. The house itself looked like it had recently been updated. Floors, furniture and paint all seemed new. Great rental! Can't wait to go back.
