House was wonderfully clean and spacious. We had a family of 5 (adults and adult children), and it was a hit with everyone. Great location near boardwalk and beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great location!

Wonderful place to stay in OCNJ! Plenty of room for our 6. My son loved the roof top deck in the mornings, able to get away from all the ladies (we are 3 sisters, our mom and my niece). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had great water pressure and drained well. The parking was tight, but we did fit our two 7 seater SUVs in the 2 spots. The storage room was stocked full of beach equipment, plus had a plug for the scooter and ebike to charge a few times over the week. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great Location

We brought my 87 year old in-laws for yet another year. They have been coming to OCNJ for over 50 years and just loved the condo at Moorlyn Terrace. For older folks the first floor living area is perfect. One set of steps and they are in for everything they need, us younger folks can travel to the second floor bedrooms, baths, and laundry area. The place has been completely upgraded and tastefully so. Nice job by the owners. The crown jewel of this rental is the perfect location to the Boardwalk and Music Pier. Two off street parking spots directly under the unit is a big advantage. We would rent here again without hesitation.

Great family vacation stay

Very clean and spacious place. Very close to the boardwalk and you can hear the ocean when sleeping at night…so peaceful. My family and I had a great time at the home and we definitely do it again.

Amazing shore experience

We stayed with 4 generations of lifetime OCNJ goers and hands down this was our best rental experience. The property was beautiful and worked wonderfully for our 4 separate family units and the location cannot be beat. The owners communicated all information well up front, answering questions and providing details about the property and checked on us throughout our stay. It was truly an amazing experience all around.

Fun With the Grandkids!

This was our first time renting a condo. I would highly recommend it over staying at a hotel. The experience was like staying at a friends home! The location was perfect. Close enough that if one of the kids (or grown ups) needed a break they could easily walk back to the condo. Three separate bedrooms each with their own private baths was an added bonus. Not to mention a huge brand new washer and dryer so my daughter and daughter in law could go home with clean laundry! Having a kitchen was perfect for quick breakfasts and make sandwiches etc... My family has asked me to book the property next year. THANK YOU Susan for sharing your home with us.

Great location

Townhouse was clean and the perfect location for us. Pictures true to life. Would definitely stay again. Right off boardwalk by music pier; central location cannot be beat. Was able to view air show on boardewalk from front balcony.

Lovely Condo

This was the ideal rental for our family.With the 3 bedrooms,3 full baths it was perfect.Everyone had there own privacy and there own private deck area.The décor was perfect for a beach home.It was so much about location,location,location.It had all the amenities of being home yet you had the beautiful beach.fun boardwalk all within the same block.We all had a perfect week and everyone agreed it had to do so much to this beautiful condo! The owners were very helpful with ideas for places of entertainment or to eat.

Excellent location, clean updated bathrooms & decor throughout. Enjoyed brand new washer & dryer. Parking was so convenient, especially when this condo in centrally located to all our favorite places...Kohrs, Personalized Gift Shop, Ike's, Movie theater, Mini golf, ect. The beach was a bit crowded, but found the beach tags to be an added bonus.

Best Location for Boardwalk fun! Great Townhouse!

First off, the owner was very easy to work with via email and made reserving my vacation a breeze. The place is lovely with all the comforts of home. It has 3 bedrooms, plus a sofabed in the living room and handled my family of 5 just fine. We also saved a lot of money eating many meals in the dining area - having a full kitchen is great. The wifi was excellent, and my teenage daughter would expect no less! We all enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the family room. It's nice having the entire 2 floor townhouse and not having another family above like many other units. It is attached to other units but I never heard any other people. It has nice covered parking for two cars and a private entrance. There is also a storage closet that the owner provides - stocked with boogie boards and chairs. Yes, the place is great, but what we really like is how close this is to the best part of the boardwalk. Just a very short walk (no streets to cross), and you're on the greatest boardwalk in NJ. Manco & Manco pizza in either direction and Shriver's down the block - you can't go wrong. We had a lot of fun in OC and this was an awesome home-base for the week!
