Location and the condo layout were perfect! Plenty of room to hang out with family. Host was very prompt and professional. The hair dryer did not work which was disappointing because I didn’t bring mine from home since it was listed as an amenity. The shower temperature did not stay hot for very long so a few of us had uncomfortable showers. Other than that the condo was great!

Would've gave 5 stars for the stay but the neighbor was extremely loud and obnoxious. Other than that the property was great. Only gave 1 star for the pool because it was closed due to the time of year.

The host was very courteous and easy to work with. The condo was as described, beautiful corner condo with parking space, which is a premium in Nashville. We would definitely stay there again. The grounds were very nice. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy, so we did not spend time in the outside areas. Would love to come back during a time when we could enjoy them.

The condo is updated, modern, tastefully decorated, and has a great floor plan. Detail recommendations to take it from a 3.5 star to a 4 star and potential improvements are: overall cleanliness (dust and debris on floors throughout including closets, lighting fixtures, and inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets); appearance repairs (scuff marks on walls and dings in floorboards); towels were worn, dingy and folded kaddy-wonky and piled on bathroom counters; kitchen cabinets were disorganized with utensils, pots & pans.Recommend installing a full-length mirror and removing wire hangers in closets.Also, washer water temperature set on cold, but was coming out hot.It's a great condo and location. The place was beautiful and clean. One bedroom had closet bi-fold door. That was not expected. Would have liked an ordinary door. The door in the master bedroom was hard to close and open. Overall it was a good place to stay. Would love to go back and stay longer next time.

This place was amazingly and in a super convenient location. Clean and exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Broadway and what felt like a very safe neighborhood. Only thing I can suggest is the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not an ideal sleeping arrangement because it was on the verge of breaking.

This was a great place to stay. I loved how spacious the living room and kitchen area was. There was plenty amenities provided for our stay. It’s was not too far of a walk to downtown, but I would definitely make sure to wear some comfortable shoes. I like that there was secure parking. The check in and out process was easy. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer as well. It was nice to have food and hang out options that were close to the place for if we did not want to go all the way downtown. I would stay here again.

We loved it! The property was beautiful. The condo/apartment had everything you could want. There was plenty of room and stocked up on everything we needed. It was about a 12 min walk to Broadway. I would definitely recommend this location/company to others.

Our stay in Nashville was great fun. The property is a comfortable walk into the Broadway area walk home is uphill but doable [even for our 2 "seniors"].The entry process sounded complicated, but ended up being very straight forward. We had trouble getting into the unit, but Kurt was very responsive, opened up the condo remotely and quickly sent someone to replace the batteries in the lock after that little hiccup, coming a going was simple.The unit was just as pictured, was clean, and well equipped. We would definitely recommend staying here.
