It was fabulous! Beautiful, easy walk to downtown but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Lovely property, nice pool, we had everything we needed. Had some trouble contacting management by text but instant results with a phone call. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Access to the parking garage was easy. The swimming pool was very nice and convenient. The host was very communicative and responded right away. Apartment could use some TLC. The floor was very dirty and there were leaks around several windows. The host had had contractors in previously to work on the leaks, but evidently their initial attempt at repair wasn’t successful. This could be a great property with a little sprucing up!

Thanks Mindi- we did let cleaning know about the small issues and the contractors fixed the small leak in one of the windows that has been a problem in the past but wasn’t fixed correctly

We had an issue with shower door not able to open or close and Kurt was able to get us another rental which we were thankful for. Happy with both places minus the shower door. Place was clean and at a great location. We would stay here again.

Very nice, clean property. Would stay there again. Grateful for the two parking passes inside the garage. Otherwise, parking would have been difficult. A bit rough getting the garage clicker from the unit upon arrival to get in the garage, as there were no parking spaces on the street to park to go inside to get it. However, there is probably no other way. Overall, great stay.

This was a beautiful condo and having 2 bedrooms/2 baths worked out really well for 2 couples. We loved the area this was in and felt very safe there. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to. The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

I appreciated parking being included with no extra fees. The place was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My only complaint would be some of the washcloths were stained and gross but not all of them and we didn’t have enough sheets to make both the cot and fold-out couch up the 1st night only. Other than that we loved our stay and the place was very nice. We walked to Broadway several times. Very nice neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Lisa- we leave plenty of extra blankets, but for sheets we only usually leave enough for the pullout sofa bed unless we’re notified ahead of time that you will also be using the cot but it’s almost never that people use both. We have talked to Cleaning about the towels and we actually did bring additional towels for you as well. Thanks.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Great open space to lounge and get ready. Love all the windows and it’s clean. Cute little area nice views at end of street. There’s a liquor store right around the corner with snacks and water so you can stock what you need. Also walkable to great food spots. Was easy to get in and out and didn’t run into any issues. We had such a great weekend, highly recommend.

Great stay. The only issues we had were as follows: the water in both bathroom sinks was slow to drain. The batteries in the livingroom fan remote control did not work. Unfortunately we did not bring that type of battery with us. The door to the small bedroom is a louvre/closet style. Did not do much to block noise from the main living area. The sofa and chairs could have been more comfortable- but understood it wont be just like home Appliances were nice, ,the beds comfortable, and linens nice and plentiful. Nice neighborhood. Thanks!

The host was very courteous and easy to work with. The condo was as described, beautiful corner condo with parking space, which is a premium in Nashville. We would definitely stay there again. The grounds were very nice. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy, so we did not spend time in the outside areas. Would love to come back during a time when we could enjoy them.
