1660 sq. ft. 3bd/2bth furnished home built in late 2006.
Sleeps 6 adults in beds and multiple kids/adults in the living room area.
Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Lakeside of Hwy. 95 between Acoma Blvd. and Oro Grande Blvd. Less than one mile to the newer Basha's grocery store and minutes to the new Riviera launch ramp. Single car garage available (during the winter not during the summer) as well as RV parking along the side of the house. Non smoking and no pets please.

This house is very nice. Very comfortable and roomy.

Ed and Kathy were great to deal with. The home is very comfortable and we'll maintained. Very well stocked with towels and linens. Probably one of the best deals in Havasu. We will definitely rent again.

Fabulous winter get away

Beautiful home in a very friendly welcoming neighborhood. Great walking and hiking right out the front door! Spacious patio for outdoor dining. Shopping within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter get away!

Terrific Vacation Home

Enjoyed our stay at Ed & Kathy's Lake Home very much...they are great people to deal with! Location was ideal, quiet and only steps away from walking trails in the hills. Hopefully we will be able to stay again next winter! Bill & Maxine

Absolutely LOVED it and will stay again

Absolutely amazing house and great location. Was able to pull my boat into the garage at night and fit my truck as well. House was very clean inside and extremely bright when we pulled up late at night. Can't wait to come back again and stay here.

Spacious, clean and modern retreat.

The grand room is very spacious. The dining area, living room and kitchen is open with high ceilings. Lots of windows and great lighting. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and modern. Lots of parking space and garage is wide with high doors. Carpet inside is very clean and soft. Only reason for missing five stars is the backyard. There is no fencing in the back and is open to the street. We stayed indoors so it didn't bother us. Well maintained and will rent here again.

This house was better than we expected !

The modern open floor plan was very comfortable and accomodating. The appliances, furniture , and location were all great. It was all above average. The air hockey table in the garage was a big hit with my kids! AC was outstanding. All of the pictures with the different sayings created a fun atmosphere. We are looking forward to our next stay in September. Kathy was a pleasure to rent from.

Great Location and House

Perfect property. Conveniently located by main highway and close to launch ramps. House was in great condition with nice layout for a couple of families. Large side yard to park the boat and quiet, safe neighborhood. Will definitely be our go to rental when visiting Lake Havasu.

Excellent Vacation Rental

We have rented properties throughout Lake Havasu over the years, and this beautiful home is among our favorites. We found everything in the home to be as advertised by the owners, Ed and Kathy. It is very clean, feels bigger than the listed square footage, and having access to the spacious and well lit garage (with air hockey table) is a big plus for boat owners! We will definitely be returning to this home for future lake visits. Thanks, Ed and Kathy!

Beautiful Home, We love this home!

We love this house!!!! This weekend was our second trip to this home and we go again and again:) Kathy and Ed are great and easy to work with and the details provided by them for opening up the home are great. Book a weekend or a week with them and it will be well worth it.

this home was awesome! roomy comfy bedrooms, modern kitchen and relaxing living room.plenty of parking and very quiet area. home is minutes from the lake and city center. Owners left clear directions and they are available by phone for any problems. We cant wait for our next trip to havasu so we can rent this home again. Thank you Kathy for everything.
