Fantastic!

Perfect place and location! Loved it. Would go back in a heart beat!!! Near to the beach (a few blocks) but away from the craziness at night. Quiet for sleeping. A block from the bus stop to Boca. The juice stand across the street is excellent. Walkable distance to all the amazing street art in Centro and Diciembre 5 (or take an Uber one way and walk back).

Nice Condo in the Center of it all.

We stayed at this Condo for two months. It was very well equipped for longer stays. We had more of everything we needed for the entire stay including things like toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels. Any questions or needs we had were dealt with by the property manager immediately. Weekly house cleaning was extensive and wonderful. Location was perfect. It is on the flat surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, as well as the beach and Malecon. Common areas were very well cared for and lovely. The only negative was that the Condo was on second floor so fairly close to street level noise. They also have a garbage collection corner directly across the street which was always full despite twice daily pickups. It was an area that seemed to attract homeless people rummaging around for cans.

Vacation

Great location. Loud at times due to busy street 25/7 but understandable due to location. Decks great to sit out and watch the activity of PV life! Some pigeons made a mess on the deck. Our unit was covered so it wasn’t that much a problem for us. Had family staying on floor four and six and they could not use their patio due to the excessive pigeon poop. Our unit was Very clean. Well maintained. Loved the snap lock plastic Tupperware. Pesky little ants can get into any food left on the counter. Lots of linen and towels. Pool great. Hot tub was hot! Comfortable lounge chairs. Would stay here again in this unit.

Great Location, Beautiful Space

We had a great stay in the Zenith Building. It's close to lots of restaurants and night life. It's a few blocks from the beach and several local vendors selling items that will be perfect for souvenirs! The two balconies gave you an opportunity to sit out and connect with parts of the city from different angles. The 2 full bathrooms allowed my husband and I to adopt one for each other, which was an added bonus! We never purchased groceries, but you have everything you need to cook with and a nice, clean refrigerator to keep your food. We didn't catch the taco stand across the street but if you go down further just before the Elixir (which is an excellent drink stop) there's a little red taco stand that has been there for over 30 years and the tacos are 5*! They stay open until around 2am! The owners of the property sent us a welcome message and was very responsive! The WiFi was especially appreciated with the international costs of using data! It was nice having Netflix both in the living room and bedroom as well!!! The furniture was comfortable, as was the bed. You will need your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner which was no problem because I prefer my own, but there are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer. I'm very ticky about where I stay, but I would definitely recommend and stay again! The rooftop pool was so relaxing. We actually took a nap out in the area. Book it!!

6 day Puerta Vallarta getaway

Our trip to PV was amazing. From the taxi cab ride over to the Zenith Condominium, to check-in which was easy. you had to wear a mask when moving about the condo, which was not a problem. The condo itself is exactly what was advertised. The bed was comfortable, we never turned on the TV, but the AC worked without any issues and the fans kept us cool when we didn't want the AC on. The rooftop pool area is amazing, It was really never crowded and the pool temperature was not an issue. The Jacuzzi was hot and always on, but i never saw anyone in it. the fitness center which is indoors and on the rooftop was nice. You just need to make reservations, due to COVID and only one family at a time. (not a big deal). There is also a nice BBQ grill (also requires a reservation) and I never saw anyone use it. The building is spotless, as I witnessed the cleaning staff wiping down, sweeping, cleaning windows, bathrooms on the rooftop throughout the day, everyday. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and BTW, the taco cart right across the street is awesome. The condo is in the center of town and we walked everywhere our entire stay.

Perfect location !

Cannot say enough about how great the location is! Everything you need is within walking distance and very close to any bus. It felt like a real home away from home😊. The security staff were wonderful too! The juice guy andTaco stand just across the street were awesome. We would definitely stay here again❤️

Wonderful Rental

I travel to PV a lot and usually use AirBNB. Was wondering how using VRBO would work out. It far exceeded my expectations. The property was in a great locations, modern, well kept up, and better even than the images showed. It made for a wonderful trip. I can't think of one issue that needed addressing. The WiFi was great, the unit was fully stocked with towels, condiments, and things you normally would have to buy when renting a condo for a short time. Met the housekeeper on arrival and she was wonderful, even offering to come mid week if I needed. I am truly overwhelmed at the detail to my trip and the attention the property manager provided to make sure my stay was everything I expected. Definitely planning on renting this unit again in the near future.

It’s a beautiful place with all the comforts of home. Great location.

It is on the 2nd floor on the corner of two busy streets. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the robes that were provided and watching the vendors below one of them a fresh squeezed orange juice stand. With the luxury of this place it would be nice if the bedroom had blackout curtains. Too much light filtering in. Unfortunately never did meet our landlord. Especially when we expressed a couple of times maybe being interested in returning the following year.

Smart-modern-spacious condo in the heart of Old Town!

My husband and I have been coming to Vallarta for about 9 years. We usually stay in the Hotel Zone but this year decided to try the Romantic Zone for a couple of weeks. Sarah and her property manager Karina were organized and responsive from the booking time to check out. The condo was very nicely decorated and very spacious. It has a balcony that looks out on the street corner were you can watch the action of a busy neighbour hood. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The only improvement I would make would be to have more storage area for you clothes. There is more that enough for a 1-2 weeks stay but if you were there a few months a little more would be good. The Zenith is a very nice and well run building. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

The Construction Zone

The condo was clean and functional and the location was convenient in the middle of Zona Romantica. However, no one had told us that it would be smack in the middle of a construction zone. The entire block was under construction and we were awakened each morning with the noise of cranes and other equipment. Having to navigate a maze of rubble and cordoned off sidewalks was also a surprise. Everything had a layer of concrete dust on it. I would have expected at least a warning that this was going on so I could decide whether or not I wanted to be in the middle of it. Is it the owner's "fault" that this was going on? Of course not, but I would not recommend this place based on this complete disregard for the truth and full disclosure.

If you want to be in the middle of down town. This is the location. Beautiful condo amazing view from the roof top. Roof top pool and jacuzzi is just a bonus. Has breakfast every morning on the balcony. We had fresh juice from the juice stand every morning. The best toco I ever had from the toco stand out side. The door men are super nice guys. Always willing to assist any way they can. As good as any five star hotel. Could not as for anything more.

Amazing Property in an Amazing Location

Spent the whole month of February there. It was not only a beautifully appointed condo, but it was in the perfect location. Very accommodating staff. It is in the heart of the Romantic Zone and you can walk everywhere. Great restaurants, shopping and close to the beach and the Malacon... I would highly recommend this condo. The view at night from the pool deck on the roof is amazing. Well worth the money. Christina L

What a Great Location

December 3 - December 7 This was our 1st time going to Puerto Vallarta and the condo was in a perfect location for us. Waking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The Malacon (boardwalk), shopping stalls on the river, and all of the great restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and more. We loved the 2 balconies and sat out as much as we could. We saw many older vehicles, especially the Volkswagen Vans. They looked amazing. The roof top deck has such amazing views. We did not bring swim suits, so no hot tub or pool for us. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was always someone in the lobby area to help. 24/7 I would recommend for Breakfast, Fredy's Tucan (on Basilio Badilo, just a little further down from the Pancake House - worth going a little further). Best eggs benedict I've ever had. The blue shrimp was also another favorite. For Sweets there's a candy shop (dark chocolate is great) one block over also on Basilio Badilo and and ice cream shop also. I can verify that the dark chocolate and salted dulce de leche ice cream are excellent. Always a place to stop for a refreshing $1 beer on the Malacon. Just a hint: Buy Pecos at the Airport. We arrived on a Saturday and the bank was closed and had to wait until Monday. But the restaurants and bars took american dollars/credit cards at a lower rate (18 to the dollar vs 20 to the dollar). Not that big of a deal. But for the vendors selling on the Malacon and on the river, pecos are better. Enjoy your trip....

All the creature comforts and great rooftop pool.

We were very happy with our stay here! The apartment is spacious and very clean with all the conveniences one might want including laundry. The rooftop pool is a great area to relax and take in awesome views of the city and the Bay of Banderas. Located minutes from the beach, the river market and walkable distance to the Malecon the neighbor hood cannot be beat! We plan on staying here again.

The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable and convenient to the main attractions !

My overall and personal sentiments are that this property is competitive and maybes better than staying in a traditional hotel. Everything was top notch. From the comfortable bed , scenic rooftop pool and jacuzzi down to the blender in the kitchen everything was right at my fingertips !

The Zenith is in the heart of town and a short walk to anything one could need. The roof top pool is beautiful, with amazing views. We were there in May, right after the building opened, and essentially had the pool to ourselves. The unit itself was perfect. It has been professionally decorated, has a fully equipped contemporary kitchen (with ice maker), and 2 balconies. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great. I was there for a 2 week stay and came home with all laundry done. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would highly recommend this unit and the building. You cannot beat the location!

Perfect Location

Brand new condo with one bedroom and two full baths. Second floor with two balconies; one facing east and the other north. Close to all the restaurants, shopping and malecon so there's no need to have a car. Local juice stand right across the street where we enjoyed fresh juice every morning for just 30 pesos (about $1.80USD). Wonderful taco stand on the other corner that we just couldn't stay away from! Beautiful rooftop pool and spa with gorgeous views and a fully equipped gym that made vacation guilt-free:)
