It was rather disappointing and it would have been better at a hotel instead. We have booked the house based on how presentable the house look in the picture. However, once we arrived at the house, it seems like the pictures in the listing was not entirely accurate. Here are some of the things we have noticed:1. The step to the house was not maintained and the ceramic tiles was broken/in repair.2. The front door knob is loose and will not latch. It will latch with a bit of force but the door will open if someone was to push from the outside and the deadbolt is not locked.3. To lock the deadbolt, you have to push harder and ensure the deadbolt actually went thru the door frame for it to really lock.4. Water drips down from the A/C vent to the sofa in the bedroom above the office due to condensation.5. There were no toilet tissue paper in the master bedroom's toilet. Although there are extra toilet paper in the downstairs' closet, I have never been to a rental where we arrived at the house and there's no paper in the dispenser. Most hotels went further and roll the first sheet to indicate someone have cleaned the toilet and such but not in this case.6. General observation is the house was not well maintained or cared for.Overall, my impression is the owner does not seem to prioritize the house's maintenance and cleaning. Since we mostly spent our time at the house to sleep, it would have been better for us at a hotel where it's at least up kept.
