The beauty of this home is in the attention to detail.

This was a wonderful place to have a family reunion! All ages found activities that they enjoyed and we loved being together in sunny Florida. We were amazed at the little touches that made this a unique get away home.

Beyond Amazing!

My family of 29 comfortably stayed at The Great Escape. This has been without a doubt the best vacation my family has ever experienced. My children, along with their cousins are still raving over how much fun they had at this home! Between swimming, human foosball, human bowling, volleyball, basketball, karaoke, pinball, laser tag, and the arcade room we all had a blast! You will never run out of fun things to do at this property! The inside of this house is so beautiful. The pictures on the website are a teaser compared to what you walk into. Everything was so well thought of to make your experience the best vacation ever! The owner was polite, professional, and made our stay AMAZING! I will absolutely look to stay again at The Great Escape or another property this owner has!

Everyone was saying how amazing the house was and how they had never been to anything like this. Huge property with plenty of entertainment for everyone. Overall one of the greatest experiences.

Family Reunion Retreat

WOW!!! We really had an absolutely wonderful time at sweet escapes and everyone in the family age 2 months to 77 years expressed shear delight with the property and the amenities. Several of the kids put in a request to make this the location of all future family reunions and want to have the reunion annually instead of our agreed upon bi-annual event. I must say, we spent most of our time in the pool - we definitely have a family of fish :). However, we did play a lot of corn hole (my sister brought their boards) and some volleyball and putt putt golf. The young children (2 months to 4 years especially enjoyed the wading pool (the ice cream portion of the pool). Because it was shallow, they were able to walk around and play more independently. My four year old grandson overcame his fear of putting his head under water and even learned to swim a few feet on his own. And I think everyone but Great Grandpa took a turn on the slide. Several spent the nights in the indoor theater watching movies. It was so wonderful to be able to provide this experience for our family and I sincerely appreciate all Andrew and staff did to make it such a special occasion. We especially appreciated Andrew's thoughtfulness after we asked about the availability of a griddle and crockpot. The next email I received from him indicated he had purchased these items for the home so our group traveling from NC, MD, CA, and TX did not have to transport them for our stay. It really made us feel very special. While some spent time at Disney before the family reunion began, no one left the property after we checked in except to do a starbucks run (favorite activity of the new drivers) and to purchase groceries. It really is a one of a kind space. I am certain I will never be able to find a location that even comes close to the experience we had at sweet escapes (unless I book the ever after estate). Andrew has set the bar very high and made my work very difficult to come up with a new place for the reunion in 2 years, so I wouldn't be surprised if we re-visit the property in the future.
