There are 15 bedrooms….2 escape room games....A laser maze! Arcades! Skeeball! Movie theater…Human Whack-A-Mole....a FAST waterslide & lazy river…giant, life-sized soccer billiards…and so much more ! It's like renting your own resort!

This place is an entire vacation EXPERIENCE!

Unlike other Disney area homes, this isn't just a "themed" community house with some murals or wallpaper; It's actually a 10 acre privately gated MANSION w/ fully immersive experiences in EVERY room. There is SO MUCH to do that most of our guests tell us they end up spending their entire vacation at the house and don't go anywhere else!

There's an entire laser maze arena, TWO custom-built & very challenging escape room games, a giant scrabble wall.. a carnival midway with hammer strike, whack-a-mole, skeeball, arm wrestling machine, & more...Outdoors are huge inflatables like human whack-a-mole and "soccer billiards" plus a 15' tall soccer darts... We even have the world's first BILLIARD swimming pool w/ super fast waterslide, water cannon, hot tub, lazy river...and more!!

Yes-- We sleep 54 people -- (not 16-- "16" is just an AirBnB programming limit but we allow groups of 10, 20, 30, 40...all the way up to 54!)

There are 15 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms. Our fixed position beds hold up to 44 people assuming two people per King bed and two people per Queen bed. Sleeping 54 includes use of 6 extra spare single/twin mattress beds and 1 sleeper sofa along with 2-3 recliners.

Weddings, reunions, milestone birthday/anniversaries are allowed. There are event fees for having over 55 guests on site (110 max). If you plan to have a >55 person event, please message us first with details to get approval!

This home--and our three others--are among the most unique on the planet! This one has an actual escape room game, laser maze challenge, huge waterslide, and so much more! - Separate rental agreement will be sent upon rental. Refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival and returned a few days after checkout. Guests will sign a liability waiver prior to checkin.

Pool w/ spa heat is 95/day and spa heat is 55/day.
