Lake House

Old Florida 1920s lake house. This beautiful historic house sits on an acre on lake Crescent. You will have your own private beach and private boat dock with two slips. Lake Crescent is part of the Clermont chain of lakes so you will have access to 14 adjoining lakes via our pleasantly winding canals. On our chain of lakes are multiple restaurants and parks. So many FUN things to do. This house has accommodated multiple weddings throughout the years. Please no events unless approved by the owner. 16 miles from Disney properties, 30 miles to Universal properties, and both East coast and West coast beaches approximately one and a half hour away. Help yourself to put beach towels.

This home was very comfortable for party of 5. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location and view of the lake were top tier and we would love to stay here again. The only thing we had a problem with was we never received any check in or out instructions. That being said this could have been a VRBO problem and not the host. If you are looking for a low key stay but still want the option to be close to everything, this is a great choice.

Beautiful lakefront home

Our stay was wonderful at this lovely lake house. Very comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large yard on the lake is great for games, and dock and seating area near lakeshore for relaxing. Owner is very responsive and welcoming.

Lovely old home on a perfect Florida lake.

Stayed the holiday weekend with a few friends. Great place to relax, cook, play board games, etc. We brought our boat and were able to spend lots of time exploring the chain of lakes during the day and tie the boat off at the dock at night. Will stay again..

Beautiful inside and out!

This house was truly a home away from home, only better. Best stocked kitchen i have been in. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. The yard is like a botanical garden. Plus a huge green open area. But wait, there’s more! The dock is very sturdy and spacious. The beach area is perfect!

Lovely spot for our family gathering

Our family came here to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday, and this couldn't have been a more perfect place for it. Their home is lovely -- it's gorgeously decorated with great landscaping -- it felt homey and luxurious all at once. We spent a lot of time lounging on the patios and admiring the lake. Gayle and Natalie were wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. All is all, it was a great visit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Piece of Heaven

The property was a dream. High end old style charm furnishings, loaded kitchen, great televisions through out the house, and wonderful music playing while on a gorgeous patio. We were able to jet ski and take a boat to all of the chain of lakes from our dock. Most attentive and pleasurable hosts we could wish for.

Phenomenal

The Lakehouse was more than I wished for to celebrate my birthday. The beds were beyond comfortable. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was also well equipped to host a gathering. To name a few things: china, cocktail glasses and cups, speakers around the inside and outside the house. It has multiple quaint areas inside and out. Outside areas were a dream with mature landscape. The beach area by the lake is incredible. We launched our own boat not too far from the house and went out for the day. A couple restaurants/bars on the lake makes this a wonderful experience

The host was welcoming and made us feel at home. The house is really special. It felt like a real home and not just a rental house. The host was responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed staying there, and would definitely visit again!
Sunset over the lake, viewed from the beautiful backyard. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the view and being with your family/friends!

Stunning area and a peaceful area!

We celebrated our child’s sweet sixteen birthday party, and the owners were amazing! We will definitely visit again!
