Our family was so happy to stay in this cozy house situated perfectly for Glenwood Springs fun! The place was so clean and the beds comfortable. Good hot water pressure in the shower. We used the fridge/freezer, gas range and oven, and dishwasher, and all worked well and easily. The TV was also easy to use, and the wifi sufficient for streaming a movie. The hosts provided board games, pool towels, as well as dog food bowls, which were nice considerations. We loved walking around the block for coffee at the hotel, although a coffee machine and French press were provided in the room. We are definitely saving this find for future visits to Glenwood Springs!

Fantastic location to walk to EVERYTHING in town including a wonderful farmers market. Comfortable beds, loaded kitchen to make easy meals and walk to ice cream!!

This house was an A rental! It is in a perfect location, close to downtown shopping & restaurants and to many other activities in Glenwood Springs. The mountains that surround you are gorgeous! The house was VERY clean & ready for us! Since our pups are family, it was appreciated that they were welcome at the home. Dont hesitate to book this home! It is wonderful!

We stayed for two nights with our four kids. It's close to the hot springs (walking distance). You can walk your children to death and they'll sleep great! They had a pack n play for our two year old which was very helpful for us as we flew to Colorado from Tennessee and didn't want to pack a pack n play. The check out process was very easy which we appreciated.

Fantastic location!

This really is a great location, and there is one off-street parking spot so you don’t have to worry about finding street parking. It’s walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to sleep at night. Wifi was good, and the AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom cooled it down nicely for bedtime. Very responsive and friendly host, also! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!

Glenwood Trip

Great little unit with everything you need for a short stay! There is no yard for dogs, so just know that you will need to walk your dogs around the cute Victorian neighborhood.

Glenwood springs get away

The house and the location were perfect for spending a few days in Glenwood Springs! Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the pool. The house was clean and supplied everything we needed.

Glennwood Getaway

This property was a great home base for everything Glenwood Springs has to offer! Walking distance to all restaurants and the hot springs, and a short drive up to Sunlight for a day of skiing. The house is also fully stocked, which allowed for some home cooked meals as well!I cannot recommend the property enough for your next trip to Glenwood. We look forward to coming back!!

Great Location in Downtown

This property is great for a visit to downtown Glenwood Springs. A very easy to walk to restaurant row and the hot springs pool make it so you don’t have to worry about driving far.The house was clean and comfortable with enough room to spread out and get comfortable.

Good location, improvements needed

The location was good and we had most of the thing we needed. Our stay could have been more comfortable with more than one roll of toilet paper, a window covering on the front door, and a porch light. The hosts communication could have been improved by replying to these concerns. Host did try to provide a phone number and a website for local information, however, these were blanked out by Vrbo.

Unbeatable location, a little funky

We had a great stay! This location was absolutely perfect for a 3 day girls weekend to celebrate a big birthday. We walked to both Iron Mtn and Glenwood Hot Springs, hiked practically right out the front door and ate several delicious meals just a stones throw away. The hosts were very responsive too. The little house has a few quirks but was more than functional and perfectly sized for the 3 of us.

Great Fall weekend

Great location in heart of Glenwood Springs. Owner very responsive. Comes with one parking spot but plenty of additional street parking available within 2 blocks. Hike up 8th street & you're in the mountains on the Scout trail.

Amazing Location- not great communication

The location can't be beat! This house is in a perfect location! We were able to walk to restaurants, the pool, stores, and everything we needed during our 2-day stay. Our major complaint was the lack of communication once we arrived. We received thorough check-in instructions however, that went away once we arrived. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and once we reached out, we never heard back. We also never received check-out instructions or a 'thank you for staying' message. It was quite strange compared to all of our other experiences with VRBO. It is located in an area that felt like high traffic and we heard loud trucks pretty frequently. We felt like some things could use some additional attention: toilet paper was the worst quality, the kitchen wasn't stocked for any major cooking, ziplock bags/foil would be helpful to have on hand and there were clothes left in the dryer when we went to use it. As a side note, there is a crawl space in the laundry area that really needs a lock on it for safety of those in the rental (specifically curious children). Overall, we would most likely stay here again as the location was amazing and space was good- just would like to see some additions.
