We were relocated the first two days because of a gas leak which was out of their control, unfortunately we were put somewhere that did not have enough beds.. When we arrived at the house we found the dishwasher broken, the dryer takes multiple cycles to dry a small load and there is not cookware to accommodate 10 people. This place would be good for a smaller group.

Thank you for being a valued guest. The staff was dismayed that there was an unforeseen circumstance at your original property choice. The staff worked immediately to provide two options for your group. These were the only options available through us for those dates. The team made every effort to ensure that your group was comfortable until your original cabin was repaired. We were happy that your group could be transferred to your first choice as quickly as possible. Our records indicate that we did not receive a request for a service call during your stay regarding the dryer or dishwasher, however, if notified, the staff would have taken immediate action to resolve the problem. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service…and the team was happy to work to make your stay a pleasant one.

Woods mountain house was wonderful

We had a great time staying at this house. The location is great and easy to find. As a family of 5 we had plenty of space. The large patio and outdoor space was great for kids. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and conveniently close to things. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was very loose doorknob on the main door. Other than that no complaints from me, my friends or family for our 4 day stay!

We love the cabin we stay it accommodate all our needs for our handicap son this is like 4th time staying and my 83 yr and my husband loves the big wrap around porch we will be looking at the calendar to plan our next visit

Great Stay!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The home was really cute and a great size. We really enjoyed the huge porch. The hot tub took about 2 days to get up to the right temp- so good to note for folks who may have a shorter stay. Excellent well taken care of home in a great location!

Relaxing cabin

Enjoyed sitting on porch in evenings,with lots of seating and room for everyone . Not far from local attractions. Hot tub was great after a day of walking.

Love the property! Some corners needed to be dusted and there was a few personal belonging left behind in accesible cabinets. We were not bothered by these things at all, but others might be.There was some damage to the shed door when we arrived (pre existing damage that appeared to be being worked on) and it was confusing who to reach out to, but we ended up calling the number on the fridge. Overall we loved our stay, there was enoigh beds for everyone. The porch was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Location was phenomenal and offered easy access to activities. Would definitely book again!
