We did have staff out to assist you several times, and many of the items listed in your review were not mentioned to us. The items that were brought to our attention were addressed right away, and we hope that the refund provided was helpful as well. Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m glad the location and layout worked well for your group and that the home felt clean and inviting. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. I’ve passed your notes to our maintenance and cleaning teams , they will check and refill the BBQ propane, repair/replace the faulty burners, and adjust the patio screen door so it opens smoothly. We’ll add oven mitts, sharpen/replace the knives, and review the cookware selection. The cleaning team will also restock basic starter supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods, scrubber, laundry pods/dryer sheets, and extra kitchen trash bags) and we’ll update the listing/house manual to make clear what guests should plan to bring for longer stays. Thank you for your feedback! We do apologize for the inconveniences with the televisions during your visit. We did make efforts to fix these issues, although we do understand that one television was out of order for the whole stay. Unfortunately, we do not have local TV repair, and did have to wait for a replacement. That television is now working again. We were unaware of any issues with the oven or dishwasher until this review was posted. We have now taken the opportunity to check on both the oven and the dishwasher, but we found no issues with either of them. We do always strive to provide the best customer service, and the best way to improve on that is guest feedback, so we do thank you for providing just that. Lake Tahoe Accommodations
