タホのエルクビューは、新しくて豪華な6ベッドルームの家で、きっと気に入っていただけると思います。

エルクビューには、3400平方フィートを超えるアーチ型天井、放射加熱タイル、カーペットがあります。 1つの屋外ホットタブと2つの屋内ジェットバスでリラックスできます。

子供を連れて来ますか？ 6ベッドルームのそれぞれに、独自のLCD HDテレビがあります！ 階下のゲームルームには、55インチの液晶テレビ、フルサイズのビリヤード台、3 in 1のダイニング/ポーカー/バンパーテーブル、120を超えるゲームを備えたスタンドアップクラシックアーケードビデオゲームがあります。 最近、Great Roomに新しい70インチHD LCD TVを追加しました。寒い冬の夜、火が燃えるような大きなゲームを楽しんだり、家族の映画を見たりします。

花崗岩の濡れたバーにはワイン用冷蔵庫があり、美味しい飲み物を飲むことができます。そのため、上階で飲み物を飲む必要はありません。

花崗岩のような？ キッチンにはすべての花崗岩のカウンターがあり、バスルームは床、カウンター、シャワーの囲いに花崗岩を使用しています。 両方の暖炉も花崗岩で包まれています。

素晴らしい部屋には、8席の巨大な革のソファ、70インチのモンスターフラットスクリーンテレビ、サラウンドサウンドと複数の座席エリアがあります。 10席以上のメインダイニングルームのテーブルをお楽しみいただけます。子供用のテーブルが内蔵されているので、目を離すことができませんが、ディナーを楽しむには十分離れています。

キッチンについて話しましょう。 グループのために調理するためにダブルオーブンが設置されています。中央の島に2つのシンクがあります。ベーキンググルーブに入れたい人のためのキッチンエイドミキサーなど、調理の準備をするときに広げるスペースがあります。 食料を保管するための巨大なパントリーがあり、すべての器具は新しいステンレス鋼モデルです。 すべての食器、ガラス製品、調理器具はアップグレードされており、使用のわずかな兆候で交換されます。

エルクビューを囲む、家の前の区画とその隣の北側の2つの区画は、カリフォルニアタホコンサーバンシーの保護施設であり、ハイキング、ソリ、雪遊びができます。 通りのすぐ下にはハイキングやスノーシューがあり、エルクビューは素晴らしいレストラン、醸造所、カジノなどからわずか数分です。

This property was fantastic! It had fantastic kitchen and living room where we could hang out. It was easy to get to and a great location. Main area of South Lake Tahoe is about a 10 minute drive. Communication was quick and great! I would definitely recommend this property.

This house had all the amenities a large family needs for all ages. The check-in process was great and very accommodating and most of all, Renee was extremely helpful in all respects. She answered our questions prior to our stay and provided us with great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay in Lake Tahoe.

We had such a great time at the Country Club Estates Tahoe cabin! The house is so huge, so our whole family had plenty of space to spread out. The chef's kitchen opens right into a big dining area and a bright & cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, a giant TV, and a super comfy couch that was perfect for movie nights. There are also two balconies with nice views.Downstairs there’s a fun game room that leads out to another balcony with a hot tub, which was amazing after a long day exploring Lake Tahoe.Just a heads-up, this place is very TALL & has a lot of STAIRS, so you’ll definitely be getting your steps in!

The property was a perfect getaway. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the house is a lovely retreat for a large group. The property was clean and well maintained. We had 11 people in our group and there was plenty of space for us to gather together and for us to spread out and find some quiet time to ourselves. All of the amenities were fully stocked- the kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals for the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to inquiries and were thoughtful in laying out instructions for using the TVs, hot tub, thermostat, etc. We had a splendid time and would recommend this property to large groups and families alike.

Wonderful experience

The house is gorgeous with wonderful views. It’s quite the climb up all those stairs but once you get into the house it’s very spacious with all the amenities you could want! Everything is labeled to help you with instructions on use. Very amazing property and the managers are great and communicate promptly and friendly. MUST STAY!

This house was great for our mini family reunion with the 12 of us including my parent, brother and our spouses and kids. The teenagers lived the pool table, poker table, and video game machine. The kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen as VRBO and I’ve stayed at lots. All the gadgets and cooking items you’ll need. My only complaint are the beds. The mattress in the room my husband and I stayed in was very uncomfortable and concave in the middle. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location & beautiful home

Booked this stay and hit the slopes. The house was great, and everything was exactly as displayed. We played plenty of pool and poker downstairs. The hot tub was great, and the upstairs could hold a large group. The two ovens were a life saver!

We had an amazing stay at Elk View. The house is huge, fully stocked in every way (kitchen, amenities, games) and we enjoyed it a lot. We’ll definitely stay there again the next time we go to Tahoe!

Amazing Home in Tahoe

Family reunion

Annual family reunion. Great roomy home with lots of activities for the family. Well stocked kitchen. Great game room and hot tub. A bit warm in the house, we opened the windows during the night to cool the house down then closed in the daytime which worked great. Would stay there again!!

Amazing Place

Our stay in the Country Club Estates was amazing. We knew that the home was huge after looking at the photos, but it definitely exceeded our expectation when we checked in. Our check in process was smooth and communication with Renee was easy and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Sibling Getaway

Great place for a family getaway. Good location, perfect layout, and FULLY stocked with all that you might need. The open concept great room is ideal for hanging out while you cook, each, enjoy a movie, or just hang out. We will definitely be back.

Great family getaway

Large home that accommodated our extended family's needs - great kitchen, bedrooms...very clean! amazing responsiveness on part of homeowner for our many questions and management company for a minor need - would definitely recommend - on a busy corner with construction of a home nearby but the beauty of the surrounding redwoods and fresh mountain air made us forget about the cars...conveniently located near upper truckee river and pioneer trail...

I have had a love affair with Lake Tahoe my entire life. Summer fun on the lake, hitting the slopes in the winter, epic hikes & mountain biking in the Spring and Fall. Concerts, casinos, golf, snowmobiling, craft fairs, youth fishing holes, ice skating and Frisbee golf are just some of the fun things to do. There isn't a bad season in what I call Paradise.

Presidents Day Weekend 1985 was the beginning of a tradition that has lasted over 34 years. The annual Ski Trip. It all started with some High School Juniors and an adult mentor at Northstar at Tahoe. As we turned into adults we started staying in South Shore to play at the casinos in addition to the hard-core skiing. Time kept ticking and we started settling down had children and morphed the trip into a family affair. Some of the players have changed but two remained a constant, myself and my friend who I've known since 6th grade. We are now heading into the empty nest phase and are hoping to spend more time in traveling now that we aren't juggling school and sports schedules.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I fell in love with this property because it had all the features we sought out for the 28 years we rented. The first requirement: a large great room for everyone to gather but also find nooks to read, puzzle, cook or watch TV. That great room also needed a really really long table for those epic game nights (currently trending is Cards Against Humanity and reverse charades). The second requirement: an equally large room AWAY from the great room where the adults can be adults and the kids/teens can be kids/teens and neither the two shall meet unless we wanted to. The pool & poker tables were a bonus but we added the arcade console because every now and again we need to introduce the classics to the younger generation. Third requirement: Big kitchen with all the amenities. This one required a lot of upgrades. We added pretty much every cooking gadget you can use and replace the pots and pans annually. We kinda like the hot tub a lot as well.

A huge 3 car garage and almost flat driveway. Our garage door is so high a full sized SUV can pull in with a Thule box still attached on the roof. The driveway slope is important in the winter when roads get icy and your car starts sliding out of the driveway. Won't happen here!

There are 8 TV's to satisfy everyone's needs. Every rooms has either cable or NetFlix streaming.

Radiant Heated floors throughout the house means toasty toes.
