Outstanding Cholla vacation

Pepsi is very accommodating and helpful. This is situated in the ideal location for access to the beach as well as the rest of Cholla bay

Not for everyone

It wasn't horrible but not great either. The photo showed a refrigerator, no frig. We were told no smoking and the guy next door smoked all day and night. The room was tiny and the patio was not in great shape. I would recommend for maybe college kids on a budget. The fees were through the roof and it ended up costing us as much as a full 2 bedroom house. We did like the hosts.

Host was great, way too many issues during our stay

Loved being in the area, thank goodness Pepsi communicated with us otherwise we would have been miserable. Host ran out of clean towels, had to share one towel with spouse for entire weekend. Ran out of water to shower for a total of 6 hours as the Reservoir would not stay full. Ceiling leak above toilet was fun. No rugs or carpets, room was full of sand since you could not wipe your shoes anywhere inside. Ended up being moved to another unit that was gorgeous, was told it was clean but prior guests note was still on the counter, had a cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival and sand in the sheets (yum!). Will definitely be going back to puerto penasco but will never stay in this unit again.

Beach apartment

Location was good and the small apartment was clean. We had a peaceful stay. Parking gets a a little complicated but other than that it was nice for the price we paid.

Dissatisfied

People drunken doesn’t let us sleep good and beside that I was taking a shower and water run off, my husband and sister couldn’t get a shower, definitely I will not comeback to this place!!!

No noise

Very good area to have a good night of sleep, watching the stars ⭐️ in the back was amazing , nice walk in the beach with our puppy. Not too far of a drive from downtown and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay

Beautiful gated property on the beach

The property was beautiful! The room was better than expected! Perfect Cholla Bay location on the beach. Pepsi is awesome and goes above and beyond. So many amenities!

Clean and safe area.

The rooms are located in Cholla Bay, which is way more pleasant and quieter than the main strip. The ocean on this side is alot more calm as well. Its located close to, two mini-marts and a nice little Mexican diner, and is also close to Wrecked at the reef. The rooms seem to be new and clean. The owner speaks English and was very helpful and on sight. The bathrooms where small and hard to work with haha. But you are in Mexico, so you are in the rooms much. Over all good place to stay.
