Why pay overpriced oceanfront rental rates? When just a quick stroll puts you right on our private beach in Playa La Jolla/Encanto. Yes! Great nightly rates on a private sandy beach. We can sleep 8 Beach Bunnies in beds.
A quick stroll to our smooth sandy beach, Grab one of the Palapa shades and camp out for the day. We pack up our car with beach camp accessories and snacks and stay down under one of the Palapa Shades.
There are bathrooms and showers down there as well.
No need to walk or drive back up to your townhouse.
Bella Vita #23 is upgraded, comfortable, and lovely.
We have high speed internet and TV with Roku.

So relaxing

This place was perfect for our stay! Loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the beach! The house itself was nice and clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again

Second stay

Short walk to a very nice beach. My family enjoyed our second time staying here and Kim was great to work with. The place was accommodating to our family of 7 and will definitely be back for a third stay!

Father’s Day weekend

My family and I have rented this place multiple times and we always enjoy coming back. Plenty of room for the entire family and the beach is amazing. Kim and Barney are great to work with.

Weekend getaway

Peaceful and enjoyable weekend with family. The place had plenty of room for everyone and the beach was a short walk away. Would definitely want to reserve another weekend in the near future.

Very comfortable and family friendly

Kim was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. My family of 4 loved the space and comfortability of the house it had everything you need from toiletries, to cooking utensils and things to take to the beach to make your stay more enjoyable. She was very responsive to messages/calls and overall very hospitable and friendly. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great get away

Great little property not far from the beach. The host is fast to respond and very helpful. There is a charcoal grill in the garage for barbecuing and a stocked kitchen for cooking.

Memorable Family Getaway

This was our family’s first ever trip to Mexico and staying at this property made it amazing! We all slept comfortably, were able to walk to the beach (which thankfully was not overcrowded), and the house rules and directions that were provided were spot on and helped us to adjust coming from the US. We would definitely recommend this property to other large families!

Quick Getaway and Tacos!!

Bella Vita community and Encanto Beach are so relaxing and beautiful. Just close enough to get to town in a short drive, but outside of city limits, you experience a quiet, unpopulated sandy beach without the city noise. These townhomes are spacious and have everything you need for any getaway setting with friends and family.

Great house in perfect location

This pet friendly property was perfect and only a short walk to the beach with bathrooms and outdoor shower. The house had lots of stairs, but it had almost everything we needed. We hoped there was a cutting board, non stick pans, and ice cube trays for making ice, but we managed without them. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Jodi. The cutting board is in the kitchen cabinet. We put them away each time instead of leaving them out on the counters. We do have plenty fry pans . We will see if we can order some more that are more non stick and get them shipped down here. Ice cube trays I will go get some more right away. A little removed, but a perfect stay

The house was a bit further from Puerto Penasco than I originally thought, but the trip to town wasn't bad, and the place itself was everything I could have asked for. Very responsive hosts who fixed a water leak immediately upon notification. Playa Encanto was quiet, safe, and very scenic. For my first trip to Mexico, this was as beautiful and relaxing as I ever could have hoped. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home.

Beautiful home and beach

Loved the house, community and beach. Club house was not open. 2 Paloma’s for the community. Clean, dog friendly. Bathrooms at the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful rooftop patio.

Easy beach accees, quiet neighborhood!

The listing is accurate. Host is very easy to communicate with and responds within minutes. Home was clean and perfect for a large family. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. Less than a 5 minute walk from front door to beach. Beach is quiet and clean. Property is about 20 minutes from city-center, but easily accessible.

Great Villa with fantastic views

We stayed in the Villa for two nights and found it stocked with everything we could ever have needed. Quality cookware, dinnerware, utensils and linens make it a comfortable stay and there's lots of space to house up to ten people comfortably. The rooftop patio had beautiful views of the ocean as we read during the day, and is a perfect spot to view the stunning sunsets. The Property Manager, Kim, was a pleasure to deal with and gave us all the info we required. The Villa is a quality property with easy access to an incredible stretch of beach.

Family Get Away

Perfect location for a family get away. 20min from the malecón and hustle and bustle. This quiet location made our short vacation perfect. Roof top stargazing the desert night sky is a sight for sure! Enjoyed our Morning coffee to the sound of waves on the water front patio. only 1 min away from la jolla beach. Definitely the place to unwind at after a long day of the many activities that puerto peñasco has to offer. We thank you kim and your husband for the hospitality. 🏝️💗🇲🇽

Great stay

Went last minute to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. It was Easter weekend and town was a mess. Thankfully we had our little villa, clean and great views. Since we had to stay in we made the best of it, cooked dinner in a clean and well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the views and beautiful home. We will definitely be back with better weather. Kim was a great host, we had to stay a few hours after check out due to car issues and she understood the situation and let us stay for as long as we needed. It was only an hour but at least we didn’t stress for one more thing.

Tranquil beach stay

The house was perfect for our blended family. The beds are very comfortable and we slept so soundly. The beach is a quick drive, less than a minute and the beach is clean and serene. The stars at night are breathtaking. Kim the host was very accommodating to a last minute need to extend our stay due to a fatality that shut the highway down. We were so thankful to have a place to stay!
