We had a wonderful time at Dolphin Duplex! Clean, air conditioned, & private patio we thoroughly enjoyed! So close to the beach. Wonderful stay!

Loren fully justified her "super host " status. The dolphin duplex was very clean and shops and holmes beach were just 5 minutes walk away

We enjoyed our stay! Great neighborhood: close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. The cottage was clean and Loren was attentive without being intrusive - she was great!

excellent location, cozy home

Our stay was highlighted by the easy walking distance to the beach for nightly sunsets. The apartment was neat, clean, and cozy with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again.

Great location!

The location can't be beat, unless you are acutally beachfront! Away from the Bradenton beach chaos, but still close to several restaurants and clubs. The duplex is dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

I just returned from staying here. The rental was perfect for me. It was clean, centrally located on the island and within walking distance to the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to work with regarding check-in and check-out. I would stay here again!

The cottage was perfect for ourparadise vacation!

The cottage was very cleanly and beautiful! Very close to the beach! Loren, the owner, was very respectful of our privacy as well! We really enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend booking this cottage for the great price she offers it for!

The place was very clean. It was supplied very well with everything we needed . It was very close to everything . We had great reception and no issues with the WiFi. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would suggest supplying the toilet paper since you are requesting such a special kind. I also would have a full length mirror available and an iron . The host was very good at answering questions and was very good about directions for entering and exiting. The beach was beautiful ! Will be back for sure !

This is a nice old Florida feeling property. With many different plants and pretty flowers all around. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Slice of paradise!!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect!! Beautiful little cottage, prime location, had everything you could need for those hot beach days, coolers, towels, chairs etc. Nicely decorated, comfy and cozy space. Our host was awesome, extremely accommodating and very easy to connect with. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!!!

Our Florida vacation

We were so excited to comeback to Annamaria Island 🌴 and staying again at beach cottage we rented 2 years a go. Miss Loren again was there for anything we needed or question. The location it’s perfect and quiet you can walk to the beach right across the street or drive down a mile to Holmes Beach 🏝 our favorite!!!

Three minutes to the beach, free trolly and restaurants. Lovely accomodation, clean and perfectly kitted out with everything you may need. Would definitely return !

Great Location!

This unit has a great location in Homes Beach. Walk to the beach, many restaurants, and bars. Publix is just 1 mi away. Trolley stops are nearby. The unit presents as advertised. Will stay again.
