Great location in the Biltmore neighborhood
This property was of ample size for our needs (2 beds, 2 baths) and included sufficient amenities for making our stay enjoyable. Living room couch and the two beds were comfortable. Adequate bed and bath linens were provided, including soaps and shampoo items. The kitchen appliances are fairly new and in good working order. Kitchen utensils were numerous, but some items needed to be replaced due to wear. Washer and dryer were large capacity and very convenient for our use. The balcony was small due to stored items taking up space (non-working gas grill, mop and bucket and misc. gardening items). Three tv's were included, but cable service had issues. Wifi service was also subpar. We liked the 4th floor location of the condo unit, but the balcony view was just of the parking area. The two onsite pools were in good condition, but small. Proximity to two Biltmore golf courses, a Safeway grocery store and many Camelback Road restaurants, make this property a very attractive place to stay.
