Great location!

Fantastic location! The staff at the resort were great. Their are not a lot of amenities and it’s a bit dated but would definitely stay again. Whoever does the cleaning drops hair behind them, but other than that, we had a great stay.

Great location, needs some updating

Great location, needs some updating. I couldn’t have asked for a better location but the furniture is very dated, all the walls are scuffed, the bed is unbearably uncomfortable and all of the folding doors fell off the hinges when I opened them for the first time. I did tell the front desk and they had maintenance fix it three days later. Overall a great place just needs a little TLC.

August 2022 Stay

This is a great location, walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy, covered parking was a plus. Very pet friendly, we'll definitely come back.

great time!

excellent beach access, easy walk to a couple of nice breakfast places, walking the surrounding neighborhood was cute. Stayed here for a wedding at the West Event Center, which was a very short walk. Nice place!

Nice Location

Overall property was well kept and accessibility to John’s Pass and Beach were awesome! Communication was great throughout the process. The place was perfect for our family of 4 we will def visit again in future.

Ok rental but room for improvement

This was an ok rental but does need some improvements. Pots and pans were stored with the garbage under kitchen sink, disgusting! Louvered door to washer/dryer broken. Kitchen poorly stocked, for example, no cutting board. Balcony not inviting, needs better furniture, good view though. Needs refresh of paint, many marked up areas. Very good location and with some minor improvements I would rate higher especially when considering the price.

Great location, not so great condo

Based on the reviews I read I didn’t expect it to be fabulous. The location made up for everything. However I would definitely never stay here again. The 2nd bedroom was awful. 2 extremely uncomfortable twin beds, awful sheets & comforter…just be 20 plus years old? But most of all tiny & the no window was just awful. Felt like I was in jail, slept with door open. King size bed in other room was the same. So uncomfortable & old. The rest of the condo was fine minus the whole thing needing to be painted . People upstairs also very loud, more like an apartment building vs. a condo. For just a girlfriend & I we made it work, if I had brought my kids probably would have left to a hotel. Property management company great to work with!

Awesome Stay

Excellent location. Very quick walk to the beach. John’s Pass (shops and restaurants) is just a couple of blocks away. Condo was nice, and had everything we needed.

Exactly what was needed

The location of the property was perfect and the pictures are accurate for the listing. Close to everything and the beach was across the street. The balcony views were cool. Parking was close and easy. The twin room had no windows so that was kind of a bummer as the adult who had to sleep in there. The sheets were oldish- like beading up and the bedspreads kinda oldish. There were not extra blankets available so it was just the sheets and the top bedspread. Other than that, everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back.

Memorial Day Weekend

The property is centrally located to almost everything you need including beach access right across the street which was great. The second bedroom is very small with no window so not great for adult size guests. Also, the beds and pillows need to replaced since they seem cheap or worn out.

Clean and Great Lovation

Very nice view, clean and efficient with management on site Only disappointment was lack of staples for a beach condo- no kitchen staples, no beach towels or chairs- but rentals on beach reasonable.

Fun in the sun

This property had great view and easy access to the beach which we enjoyed. We didn't like that the main bedroom door knob was broken and their was a leak in bathroom shower.

Property was great but...

We had never used VRBO before and were unpleasantly surprised by the additional fees and charges on top of the room rate we thought was all inclusive. Everything else was as advertised.
