Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 8. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were just perfect and we were a long walk or short ride to the beach.

Great Vacation Home

The house was great, very clean, updated and had everything that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The pool area was perfect for the times that we were not at the beach. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Loved having the golf cart. We would definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved it!!

Your home was perfect for my children, grandchildren and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was extra special being in a more secluded area. We enjoyed the beach, the pool golf cart and one another. We look forward to coming back next year!

We had a great stay at Ted’s home. Everything is perfect. The home was perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The fenced in pool area was wonderful for our two dogs. The beds felt like we were staying in a luxury resort or hotel. We will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had such a wonderful beach vacation. Thank you for sharing your home. Everything was very comfortable and relaxing. Family beach thanksgiving

Traveled to Ted’s property for Thanksgiving break. The house was exactly as listed. Everything was in order. Ted was excellent at communicating before and during the stay. House was gorgeous inside and out. Half a mile to the nearest beach! Quick drive into watercolor and seaside. My family would definitely stay here again!

Couldnt have asked for a more perfect home. Great location, great amenities. The rental fit all 14 of the family easily. We cooked meals and enjoyed the pool daily. Ted was the best host I’ve encountered in years.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. ages 11 month to 70. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing. Santa Rosa was very nice and quiet for the family. We make yearly trips to the beach but this was the best place we have stayed. Ted was awesome he text to check in on us and make sure we were have a good time. We will definitely reach out to him again. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect house for a family 30a vacation

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ted’s property for our 30a Memorial Day vacation. Both the house itself and the location were perfect to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast. The house had everything we needed—a beautiful pool, kitchen supplies, towels, a golf cart, and most importantly SPACE! And on top of that, Ted was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond, kind, professional, and extremely passionate. We highly recommend this property, and will be looking forward to booking again ourselves in the future.

Amazing Property

Perfect property. Clean!! Owner is super responsive if you need anything. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nothing we couldn’t find if we needed it. The pool was very big! We paid to heat it and was perfect. Plenty of space inside and outside for our group of 7. Bikes, beach chairs, seriously everything we needed was there. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Christmas Getaway

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It was absolutely perfect for a Christmas getaway. Your home was the perfect sanctuary and the hot tub was a wonderful treat! We instantly felt welcome and comfortable, from the gift bos, to the Christmas decorations to Ted's recommendations of activities and restaurants. Ted was a fantastic host both before and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back! A 5 star rating for sure.. Best Spring Break Ever

We started talking about this trip last November. As we reashered properties, we kept coming back to this one and we're so glad we chose it! The kids slept downstairs and it was their haven! The grown ups took over upstairs and enjoyed evert amenity it offered. We cooked every meal thanks to your well equipped kitchen. The kids swam every single day in your heated pool. We enjoyed the beach at Blue Mountain and Grayton. Loved Seaside and Angelina's for pizza. We hope to be back! Thank you for this awesome getaway!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It was absolutely perfect for a Christmas getaway. Although the weather was less than ideal, this home was a perfect sanctuary and the hot tub a wonderful treat. We instantly felt so welcome and comfortable here, from the gift box, to the Christmas decorations, to the plentiful recommendations of activities and restaurants. Ted was a fantastic and communicative host both before and during our stay. He was absolutely the best host we have ever had! We cannot wait to come back! A 5 star stay for sure! The house was extremely homey and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was incredibly clean. Great Fall Break week - love this house!!

We had the perfect week in Santa Rosa for our fall break. First experience in this area of 30A and it is our favorite. Not too crowded, great restaurants (Stinkys and Shunk Gulley are favorites), fun shops, best Ice cream at Pecan Jacks. Beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. And we cannot say enough about this house — it was perfect. Very clean, beds slept SO good we want the same at home, the house is so roomy and comfortable, TVs in every room with all the channels and movies you could want plus sports channels too, the pool was one of our favorite areas to hang out, very clean and perfect size large pool, and everything was beautifully decorated. They also have a very well stocked kitchen with great appliances and two extra refrigerators in the garage. We loved this home so much we are booking it again for next year. My husband and I ran together every morning and we stopped at the health food store and had the best juice shots and smoothies. Our kids loved the fishing close by too. Ted the owner is the best. He is so responsive and makes sure you have everything you need.

Perfection!

This house is perfect for your vacation! We have stayed at many homes which have all be nice for the most part, but this one was the best. They have everything you need - plenty of space inside and out - the pool is and outdoor space is the perfect space for entertaining or just relaxing . The host was very friendly and attentive.. you won’t regret this one!

Privacy in paradise

My family enjoyed our 5 night stay at this exceptional home. The owner was very helpful and accessible. The privacy at the location is hard to find and top notch. There was every measure of entertainment from bikes to beach sundries. 2 full size refrigerators were great for keeping pool drinks cool. We brought our own cleaning supplies and soaps but those were available already. The kitchen includes just about everything you could imagine. Plenty of towels and in-home washer and dryer are a welcome feature for a beach trip. There were dozens of places to eat both in walking and biking distance. Highly recommend for families.

Paradise !

The comfort of the house, the cleanness, and everything working sharply, plus the hospitality of the owner made us to have an extraordinary time with the fam! We were 10 people, 6 adults, 3 teenagers one 10 year old and 2 dogs! we all had an awesome time! Escaping from the cold New Jersey we wanted to spend the holidays in a warm destination, and Santa Rosa beach was beautiful 😍 we felt in love with the beach, sand, ocean oh! And the sunsets ❣ Ted was the best host that we ever had ! he even put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations through out the house. Certainly this was one of our best vacations! Come stay at this place you won’t regret it a bit !

Amazing home & great location!

We loved our stay here! Our large group of friends (13) was able to comfortably enjoy the space. Plenty of seating! We also especially enjoyed the beach gear - one less thing we had to think about bringing ourselves. Ted was very accommodating and responsive as well. Would absolutely book this home again!

If you visit Santa Rosa, stay here !

There were lots of nice homes in the area, but this place was amazing. Not only was this home affordable, and very well located, but it had everything you needed and everything you didn’t think to remember you needed. The pool was very nice. The house is in an awesome location. Close to the beach, shops, & bars. And not far from PCB if you want to get around a younger crowd. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very spacious!! Ted was the best host. He may be the best you’ll encounter working with Airbnb. He was extremely THOROUGH. Also super kind and helpful with more than just the house. I hope he has other properties that I can make trips to as I know that it will be very well accommodated and taken care of. Thank you Ted. Again, if you go to Santa Rosa, STAY HERE!! ☺

#1 Vacation House

My 5 grown children, husband and I spent the week at Nivel Del Mar. After visiting the areas of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary and Destin for many years, we all agree this is our favorite house and location. We enjoyed the fabulous pool, porches and quite neighborhood. The beds are all very comfortable and kitchen well stocked for our needs. The house was very clean when we arrived. We girls enjoyed all the art, pictures, do dads (birds on shelf, butterflies, lighted pictures over stairwell. The TV's were awsome. Yes this is our #1 vacation house. We will be back! Thank you Ted!
