Great condo close to Driveline

My son stayed at the condo for over 2 months. Everything was perfect. Condo complex has 2 pools, hot tub and gym. Condo itself was fully stocked. Bedroom has queen bed, tv and balcony. Living room has pull out couch. My son was training at Driveline which was about 10 minutes away by car. It’s a gated complex and super close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Todd was great to work with. Highly recommended l.

Everything was perfect. The owner was always very helpful if we needed something and we were very satisfied. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We can’t say anything but positive comments about this property and it’s owners. They take very good care of everything in and around the condo and we’re painting all the buildings that make them look newly constructed. Proximity to shops and restaurants was ideal.

Great North Scottsdale Location & Nice Amenities

We were pleased with the accommodations and the garage was a plus. We enjoyed the heated pools, fitness and clubhouse. The surrounding neighborhood was nice for walking. Kierland shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. We also appreciated the security of a gated complex. Property owners had good communication. Definitely would stay here again!

Exactly as promised

This place was perfect. We had everything we needed. The picture is accurate. Plenty of room for everything. Owner was delightful to work with. Pool is warm and the area around it and the hot tub are never crowded. People are friendly if you are. Stores of all kinds nearby. This is a good deal.

Perfect Scottsdale Condo

Very convenient location; walked to stores. Condo is on a quieter side street with easy access to Scottsdale Rd. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the unit was clean. The owner responded to questions quickly. The Internet worked well for work conference calls and uploading large files. We had an adult visit for a week and there was still plenty of room in the condo. We did not use the complex pool or gym as it was cool in December. We highly recommend this condo. It was a great value! Note: Some vrbo communications are misleading as they indicate location as Paradise Valley Village - the condo is in Plaza Residences near Acoma and Scottsdale Roads.

Home away from home

A+ location for Scottsdale in an amazing home with all required amenities. It was quiet and very spacious for a couple. Private parking as well. However, our biggest issue was the internet. We were working from home and the internet was less than stellar. It works, but it occasionally disconnects and speed was not the fastest. It was the only blemish with our stay. *Please check/wash your bedsheets prior to sleeping as we noticed that ours was used.

Wonderful Short-Term Stay

I am very pleased to have selected this condo for my short-term stay in the Scottsdale area. This place was wonderful and located near many establishments for dining, groceries, shopping and beauty. Todd was always an available and helpful contact with any questions I had during my stay. Also, it was located in a nice and safe area for taking walks around the neighborhood for exercise. All amenities that were included in the stay were wonderful and well kept, making the stay even better.

Great short-term stay!

As a student traveling across the country for a 12-week clinical rotation, housing was one of my biggest worries. Todd’s condo was in a safe and convenient location, and everything I needed was provided making for a stress-free stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short term rental!

Great location

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great walk-in shower. We could walk to Kierland mall which has many great stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Todd.

Great and convenient location! Loved it!

What a cute little condo. The place was well appointed with many little touches we didn’t know we needed until we found them! Needle and thread to repair a button, pool toys, condiments and spices, etc. furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating. We were two adults plus a toddler and space was enough for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet considering it is a condo. Neighbors were wry pleasant and respectful. The garage space is excellent as parking is first come first serve. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating the few times we needed to contact them during our 2 month stay.

Temporary housing

I am so glad we selected this condo for our initial introduction to the Scottsdale area. We relocated and needed a place to stay while we house hunted. This place suited us. It is located near establishments for dining, groceries, shopping and beauty. Todd was an available and helpful contact. The golf course across the street was great to walk around for exercise. And since we were looking in Carefree, Cave Creek Scottsdale and Fountain Hills it was centrally located. Quiet. Balcony was great for watching the birds and saguaro.

Best Condo to Shelter in Place

We love this condo and the complex in which it is located. It was our second time renting and we noticed and appreciated the new additions, especially the beautiful large walk-in shower with its luxurious showerhead. The smart TV is great to use with a Firestick, and we got good use of the abundant kitchen cookware including the fantastic chef knife collection. With our Nissan Altima, the garage had room to fit 2 bikes in front of the car.During the several month stay we needed to increasingly “shelter in place” and we found that we were quite comfortable here for several reasons: The patio has comfy chairs, a table and a gilder. The complex has a putting green and a number of nice shady green areas in which to play catch, bad mitten, or just put down a blanket and enjoy being outside.The unit is right across the street from a wonderfully wide walking/biking path leading for miles. All this made for the need to stay at home quite enjoyable.

We are from Fargo, ND and have 2 sons Jack and Owen. Todd is a CPA and Kim works in Research. We have enjoyed time in Arizona after tax season each year and just decided to purchase our own condo to spend even more time there.

We purchased this property to have a place for relaxing getaways. We love the warm weather and nice climate after spending the winter months in North Dakota. We feel Arizona is hard to beat. We found this magnificently located condo within walking distance from the Kierland Commons and just love it. We knew this was the property we wanted when we first saw it.

Our condo is in an excellent location in Scottsdale offering a wide variety of tourism to enjoy. We are within walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf and just love it! Included with our condo are 2 pools, spa, and fitness center. One of the pools is heated in the winter.
