この新しく改装された3ベ��ドルームの家は、Waterville Estates Resortで9人から6人までの大人の家族向けです。 家庭には、食器洗い機、Keurig、および自��で快適に感じるために必要なすべての設備を含む最新の完全装備のキッチンが付いています。 座って、woodの暖炉で火を楽しんでください。 また、家には家族全員を楽しませるための無線インターネットとDVDプレーヤーがあります。  ベンチとガスグリルのある非常に大きなデッキでホワイトマウンテンをお楽しみくださ��。

 

このレジデンスは、主要なホワイトマウンテンの夏のアトラクションからわずか10分です。  フクロウの巣でゴルフを楽しんだり、ジャックオランタンリゾートやゴルフコースへのドライブをお楽しみください。 ルーンマウンテンリゾート、キャノンマウンテン、フランコニア州立公園など、他のいくつ��のアルペンスキーマウンテンから30分以内。 開発中はウォーキングトレイルとハイキングトレイルがあり、ホワイトマウンテン国有森林トレイルのアパラチアントレイルへのアクセスはわずか数分です。  地元のアウトフィッターは、マウンテンバイク、ペミゲワセット川沿いのカヤック、カヌー、釣りのすべてを提供します。 秋の紅葉と夏の間、森の美しさをご覧ください。

Multi family ski vacation

The property was perfect for four adults and four teenagers. Although the living area was a huge, we were skiing all day so all we needed was a place to eat and relax after dinner. The bed set up was exactly what we needed and comfortable. The house was spotless And had plenty of kitchen space, cookware and utensils. We would rent this property again.

Great little cottage.

Great little cottage. Fit 2 families perfectly. Full size beds a bit small for couples but we managed. Very clean, kitchen well stocked. Loved the fireplace - don’t forget to bring your own wood, kindling, & paper! Great team. Lots of communication

Just the prefect spot to relax and unwind.

Just the prefect spot to relax and unwind. Tastefully appointed and spacious allowing all eight of us to relax and unwind. The kitchen amenities and entire home offer everything needed to literally just pack your bag, bring some great food and drink, and spend the weekend relaxing enjoying yourselves. We will be back again for sure!!! From reservation to check out we had nothing but a wonderful experience. Any and all questions were quickly answered and upon arrival we quickly learned our rental was everything described and more!

Great Getaway

I took my mom, my brother, and my golden retriever up to the White Mountains for a quick weekend getaway. Unfortunately, I realized the day before our stay that I had booked another Vrbo but a year in advance. This property was available and was a great last minute opportunity. My mom had just finished cancer treatment and this property was very accessible for her in her weakened state. Note that the drive up is a little rough if you don’t have a properly upkept vehicle as part of the road is unpaved. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was nice and clean. The only problem is the trash situation. We were told to keep the trash in a specific room yet there was one barrel to use which would hold 2 bags of trash max. We had to have family in the area do a trash pick up for us as it was not acceptable. Also multiple tenants have said the pan situation was lacking (no large fry pan) to cook family meals yet this has notbeen addressed. We had the same oroblem.

Cute place - no hot water - turned off and no instructions to turn on - not just circuit breaker - wall switch! A cold shower is the worst - all else was fine and guest services were responsive but doesn’t take away the cold shower! Management Response: Thanks for your feedback! We were able to get the hot water on once you reported it. Due to the power outage (that came back on as you were arriving to the property) it tripped the hot water. Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise! Management.

The kitchen needed new frying pans that weren’t totally scratched, better oven mits and sharper knives. There was a case of beer outside the sliding door on the deck from previous guests which had been missed. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up about needing firewood before arriving at the house. This is something that could be communicated at check in. We had to go back out to get wood. Otherwise we found everything in good shape and well appointed. Your team was very professional, helpful and available when we needed you. Our only issue was that we were not made aware that we needed firewood when we checked in. That would have been great to know before we arrived at the house.

This is a great choice for one or two families.

This is a great choice for one or two families. The property was immaculate and well-maintained. You must have four wheel drive in the winter and we tested that during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a ski weekend at Waterville Valley. The home was spotless and all the essentials were available. Everything was in working order. The team was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of a number of ski vouchers for Waterville Valley. The tickets provided a discount to the online purchase price as well.

There was 1 trash bag in a house for 8 people. 1 trash bag. Absolutely ridiculous given the rules you provided for cleanup which basically included separating trash into multiple bags yet you provided 1!

Place is well maintained, clean, and fun. Better in person than in pictures. Location is terrific. Property management was very responsive and helpful.
