簡易キッチン（冷蔵庫、電気コンロ2杯、流し台、コーヒー、紅茶、砂糖、塩、オリーブオイル、酢などの基本的な食器棚）
シャワー付きフルバスルーム、トイレ、洗面台、タオルヒーター、（2フルタオルセットはレンタルに含まれています）バルコニー付きの小さなテーブル、椅子、ロッキングチェア、緑の静かな中庭を見渡す、キングサイズベッド（すべてのベッドウェア込み）椅子、クローゼット、間仕切りのある天井などの歴史的な細部、ガラス製の陶磁器製の戸棚。

As this is a family home and the city rules also ask for it, pls be quiet (especially on balcony) after 10 at night...
No smoking in the building.
Keep the rules for Vienna for separating your garbage if you throw it away. But, you can always leave it in the studio and I will take care of it.

Great location and friendly host

Colourful place in one of the best areas in Vienna, close to museums and public transport. The host was very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend the Garten-Studio.

Wonderful Location!

A wonderful respite from busy Vienna at Christmas. Located in a lovely local neighbourhood with great restaurants and cafes. Susanne gives great tips that will help you enjoy Viennese culture and Christmas in beautiful Vienna.

Great location

I love to walk everywhere when I travel, so Susanne's place was perfectly located, but the transit stop was close if I felt tired coming home. It was very spacious, the bed was comfy, and I had everything I needed. Susanne was very helpful in helping me navigate from the train station, and always responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect spot for a couple to explore Vienna

Great flat in excellent location!

Nice apartment in a beautiful building. Location is a small walk from all the action (5-10 minutes) near transit lines. The host was helpful with check in, and had the property equipped for everything you could need during your stay. I’m glad we stayed here!

Perfect place to discover Vienna from!

Susanne is a gracious and thoughtful host who clearly cares that her guests have a wonderful time in Vienna! The studio is well equipped and nicely decorated, and in the perfect location! My only regret is that I didn't stay longer!

Quiet comfortable lodging

The Garten Studio is a great place to stay in Vienna. The local neighborhood is charming, convenient to the inner city sights, restaurants, and stores. Susanne is very helpful if you have any questions and a thoughtful person. Many wonderful details in her studio flat.

Excellent & as adorable as it looks

Excellent stay in Vienna for a week in the Garten Studio. The apartment is just as it looks in photos, communication with Susanne is easy and she was very helpful. The apartment is a wonderful location, easy to explore the city. Three grocery stores are within a block. Highly recommend this apartment for your Vienna visit.

It was lovely and seemless.

The place was a cute as the photos. I felt very comfortable there. The neighbour hood had everything thing. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants. And I walked everywhere. Loved it.

Charming Vienna studio apartment

We spent four lovely days in this charming, cozy, immaculate, well-equipped studio apartment. The neighborhood was residential and had an old-world feel. Our host, Susanne, promptly responded to all our inquiries and made check-in seamless. The location was only a half mile from the museum quarter. We would definitely return to this apartment on future visits to Vienna.

Great stay in Vienna!

An Excellent Experience

Susanne was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked until we left; she was very responsive to any questions and provided all the information we needed. The apartment has a great layout, a comfy bed, and a small but perfectly functional kitchenette. There’s a grocery store less than a block away and the location is fantastic for Christmas markets and very close to transit options. Such a great experience!

This property was just gorgeous. Even better than I imagined. Our host was lovely and extremely helpful. She had a full list of Christmas markets and locations ready for us!!! Very impressed. The Best!

Susanne the owner of the studio was so charming. We felt very welcomed the moment we met her. We will be planning another trip to Europe in 2025 and when in Vienna we will be staying here again. The location was wonderful. So many shops, cafes and restaurants. We visited The Square which was about 20 minutes away by cab and discovered we much more enjoyed the location our studio was in, in the 8th District. Thank you again Susanne for a lovely stay!

Simply lovely

I was thoroughly impressed with this property. I felt at home the moment I walked into this large, beautiful space. The host, Susanne, was highly communicative and made sure I had all that I needed.
