Great for the family!

We had a blast in the 30a area and loved our stay at Always Saturday! The home was beautiful, clean, and within a close proximity to all of the shopping and beaches in the area. We loved having access to the golf cart and the extra special amenities at the townhome such as the beach towels, toys, and chairs. There was even a full size crib and mattress which was very handy for our 20 month old!

Had a great time here! Host was super accommodating. Location was perfect! Short walk to the pool and Hub. Was able to drive the cart to restaurants several times. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Nice to have a two car garage and golf cart. Close to pool. Property manager very responsive and kind. There are some items that could be replaced, box springs, sofa covers, toilet seats.

Excellent Location!

For the most part, the townhome was great; however, the master king bed and the queen bed in the other bedroom were awful - uncomfortable and the king bed was so squeaky it was hard to fall and stay asleep because of the noise. Other than that, it was nicely decorated and was in a great location with just a short walk to the pool. The community is so nice and The Big Chill right across the street is awesome.

Perfect vacation

We spent Thanksgiving at “Always Saturday” and it was perfect. Great location, clean and just a few steps from the Big Chill. The golf cart was convenient for quick trips to the beach. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Convenient location, comfortable space, easy access, and quiet neighborhood. We loved having use of the golf cart and beach equipment during our stay. Great communication from the property manager as well!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved our stay at “Always Saturday”! The location is great, just a short golf cart ride to the beach and within walking distance to the neighborhood pool. House was well decorated, beds were comfy, and AC was nice and cool. Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Vacation House

‘Always Saturday’ is an amazing vacation house that our family really enjoyed. It was equipped with everything we needed including a golf cart to get around the 30A community. The house was decorated nicely, very clean & spacious. The pool & grilling areas were also nice to use & close to the house. We made some great memories & hope to come back!!

Incredible Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property. The place was very clean, modern, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated. The beaches are pristine and so close and convenient. Walking distance of restaurants and bars. The golf cart is a plus! Great handbook for local attractions. Everything you need is there. Loved!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great fit for the holiday!

We really enjoyed the house and community over Thanksgiving. Great location , especially with the Big Chill across the street and having a golf cart. Beach access is limited. House could use more utensils. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed!

Great Location

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times. It’s a great spot for anyone with kids. The property management contact had great communication and is really on top of things way more then others we dealt with. Really cannot say enough good things about him, he was great. Only negative we found is the cleanliness, really could use a better cleaning service some things were fine like bathrooms and counters. Floors, sheets, towels and washer really need to be replaced/ or deep cleaned.

Beautiful, Comfortable Townhome in Ideal Location!

Our stay at the Always Saturday townhome was nothing short of perfect. It's in an ideal location, just across the street from "The Big Chill" (formerly "The Hub") with shopping, restaurants, coffee shop and live music in the evenings. We spent a lot of time there and it was so convenient to take the golf kart, included with the house. We could also hop on the golf cart to go just down the street to the state park (which is beautiful!) for beach access. There are also very clean bathrooms that look like they've recently been remodeled at the state park. The townhome itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, but also really comfortable. We've stayed in homes that look great but the couches or beds just aren't that comfortable, but this had both. We love to cook, and the kitchen is big and well-equipped, but we also took advantage of being just minutes from the other beach towns with a ton of great restaurants to choose from. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. They've thought of everything in terms of comfort and providing info and travel recommendations ... it made all the difference for a seamless trip. We will definitely be returning!

Best Beach Vacay

The ‘Always Saturday’ town home was beautiful and so clean! It was just a few steps from the pool and came equipped with beach gear and golf kart. The kids enjoyed the home and were so peaceful vs the normal bouncing off the rails due to the relaxing environment. We had everything we needed and omg the property management and staff was actually caring and checked in with us unprompted through out our stay. This was truly the best experience I ever had with a home rental. I loved everything!

Baby Moon Success

My husband & I booked this airbnb for our baby moon. We had such a great time! The home was clean, styled beautifully, came with everything we needed if we decided to cook. There was not one part of the home that was dirty. We really loved and utilized the golf cart, that’s how we did most of the exploring on 30a. We were just a few steps away from the pool, it’s very clean and maintained. I was even able to use some floats from the home, which was nice. The home provided, paper towels, dishwater, laundry detergent etc. We will for sure be back!

Beautiful and spacious!

This townhome is beautifully decorated and clean in a perfect location. We loved walking to pool/Hub-Chill and golf carting to the beach. Had everything our family needed - bunk beds, Netflix/DTV, beach towels, chairs, and toys. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Always Saturday!

Cleaning service needs improvement

This was our 4th stay at Prominence, and while this property was probably the most well decorated and furnished, it was definitely not the cleanest. Several towels had hair all over them, there was mildew in the shower, stains all over the sofas in the living room, dust all over several of the blinds, and dirty spots on doors. We actually wiped off some of the doors and they came clean, so obviously the cleaning service isn’t doing what they’re paid to do. Again, it’s a beautiful property, and had everything we needed,, but cleanliness was an issue. The only other issue was the garage door remote only worked half the time, even after replacing the battery.

Family vacation on 30A

The townhouse is clean and roomy, perfect for a family with teenagers. They pool is great, plenty of room for sun bathing. The Hub just across the street is a cool place to hang out, watching the huge tv screen, listen to the band and have a few refreshments. The golf cart is a huge plus! There is nice shopping and plenty of great places to eat close by, but not all of the commercialization. But Panama City and Destin are just a short drive away. Wonderful place for a vacation!

Gorgeous Home!

This townhome is absolutely gorgeous and kept in pristine condition. We loved it! Plenty of room for bigger families. My kids loved the bunk beds and there’s even a trundle pull out. The owner has a well stocked kitchen as well as anything you could possibly need for a beach day (pool toys, umbrella, beach toys, chairs). We enjoyed walking over to the Hub for dinner and drinks. It’s important to note that there’s not a close beach access but a quick ride on the golf cart (included in rental) will easily get you there. We will definitely be back!

Property 10/10, Agency...

The property was beautiful and I totally recommend. However, it was advertised as being a short golf cart ride to a public beach access with parking, but they failed to mention that said beach is being renovated until June 2022. The next beach is a mile away without public parking. We had to ask two people to finally receive an answer. Also upon arrival there was only 2 toilet paper rolls to be found in the 3 bathroom house. Our property contact said it was all the grocery store had and told us to buy our own. However, someone else reached out from the rental agency and directed us to where the extra was being stored in the house. The communication within seemed inconsistent but overall the stay was great!
