We enjoyed this property immensely, very clean & spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed & a highchair. Granddaughter loved the kids splash zone with waterslides! The king mattress was softer than we like, we are used to firm. Only the king room had a smart tv, other two are cable only. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Good location but….

Our stay was okay. The little things that matter decreased my stay from good to okay for the following reasons: The lighting was challenging to figure out. The large bedroom lights worked partially, in that the switches did not turn on the overhead light. In addition, the bedside lamps worked partially in that I was able to click the light on using the chain on one side of the lamp but the other side I had she screw the bulb in to work. This was for each of the two bedside lamps. The toilet in the large bathroom is constantly running. Perhaps the plug should be replaced to keep the way from seeping.In the kitchen the microwave had no power. There was no obvious way to turn it on. I could not use it. The iron should be replaced. The plug to keep the water from leaking out was missing and the bottom of iron was covered with a thick layer of burnt stuff. Last, but not least, the dryer does not turn off. My clothes were drying all night!

Nice Place

It was a nice condo. We liked the location which was centralized for all the activities we were doing. only reason it's not great was we kept having to contact owner on check in procedures and receipts for payments. But overall, we were happy with condo it was clean and as described. it did smell when we arrived, but we opened windows and let it air out and everything seemed as it should.

Spacious condo

The Condo is very spacious and clean. The carpet, that the reviews mentioned being dirty, has been replaced with a nice luxury vinyl. The main pool was under construction, but we were able to use two beautiful pools at the far end of the property, about 10 min wawwwwalk.

Very easy to get to everything we needed. It was a bit dusty though so our socks were dirty everyday. The rest of the room was great. Most amenities like the pool were under construction as well so not the best. We did love the area though and the easy access to the convention center, restaurants, parks. Would book again.

Excellent location for everything

A great location for parks, convention center, airport, restaurants. Furniture and mattresses could use a bit of an upgrade. Secure, pretty quiet except for other occupants at times. Very good choice overall. for other occupants on occasion

Beautiful vacation

This place was beautiful. Check in was easy. The parks and Walmart was nearby. My family had a blast it was our home away from home. Thanks again. My next visit to Orlando I will be staying at Vista Cay

Great location

This property is the perfect location! The property managers were great at communicating with me. The locations is safe and gated. There were several Entertainment places just 5-6mins from the property. There were a few minor things but nothing that would keep me from booking again. I recommend you bring your own iron. The iron provided has seen better days. All in all this property is great just about 15-18 mins from downtown Orlando. I will be booking again thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Enjoyed the stay!

We have been to AAU Volleyball 8 times now and have stayed at Vista Cay each time. Great property and this one was no exception. Location is right across the street from OCCC, convenient for golf at Shingle Creek GC, close to Disney and Universal as well. The dryer had a couple of issues that I imagine have been fixed by now, and the master bedroom gets a little warm. Other than that, it's really comfortable and convenient. We liked it.

Excellent stay!

This was the perfect location for our volleyball tournament at OCCC. it was equipped with everything we needed to get started - dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent.

Perfect Location

This space was perfect for our family of 4 and was centrally located for our Disney and Universal park days. We enjoyed access to the pool and game room on one of our days. The only negative feedback I have is that the owner provided zero dish soap, one dishwasher detergent pod and no dish towels for our 4 night stay. They also only provided 4 bath towels and two very small rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, so we had to make a special trip to the store to get more. There is nothing extra here, so if you’re staying for a few days, be prepared to supply your own essentials. The coffee maker is not a keurig, so filters and coffee is necessary.

Great place, great price

Yes the carpet could be replaced but that's negligible in my opinion. The property is is very nice and spacious. Quiet hours on the complex at night. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Host supplies pots and pans for cooking. Bring your own food if any kind (salt, pepper, oils) or a Publix is a block away. Don't rely on the host to supply cleaning products. Great experience here. Would come back.

Bring your own everything

This property is in a great location and has the ability to have a great rating but because they are trying to save pennies it resulted in a poor experience for us. For one, they say they are giving you a starter pack of necessities like most places do, but this is beyond minimal. I had two half rolls of toilet paper, one extra garbage bag and a square inch of sponge to wash dishes with. No soap, but I did have dishwasher pellets for a dishwasher that did not work. Also when we arrived we saw the notice that there were no wash cloths and no dish towels as we were expected to do a full grocery run upon arrival. So I used one of the three pool towels provided to dry dishes, mind you there were four people staying in this two bedroom property. I received multiple emails and texts asking how my check in and stay was. Even a phone number was provided for emergencies and when I called the number no one answered. I replied to their texts and emails asking where the pool key was and never received a return message. We had to get someone at the main desk to let us into the pool area as no key was provided even though they threaten to charge $25 if the pool key is lost. Nothing about a penalty if they fail to provide the pool key in the first place. Communication was terrible. Beds were uncomfortable. Blankets were the kind that have to be dry cleaned so you know those comforters haven’t been washed in quite some time. There were no other blankets to be found in the place.

Great location, but that is the best part.

We received 3 bath towels for 3 people for a weeks stay. No hand towels no wash cloths no kitchen towels no coffee filters no trash liners, no hand soap, bare bones in the kitchen. Carpet needs replaced, master bed has horrible noise if you move at all, sounds like the frame is broken. The grounds are lovely and the location couldn’t be beat for an event at the OCCC. We visited a condo on the 3rd floor and is was gorgeous, so we will be back but in a different unit,

Perfect property in perfect location

Our stay was a family trip to Florida to do the whole Disney experience. This apartment is situated just 15 mins drive from all of the parks, Disney/universal/sea world etc etc. There are plenty of shops/malls located within 10 mins drive, including a Costco 15 mins drive away ( remember to take your Costco card if you are a member) The apartment itself was very large, 2 spacious bedroom's, bathrooms, lounge and well equipped kitchen, utility room plus balcony. People have stated in other feedback about stained carpet and minimal toilet rolls, towels etc provided. what I would say is, this is not a hotel, you are renting an apartment. The property managers left sufficient for us to settle in and go & buy any provisions required. There is a Wallgreens right on the corner of the complex and a Publix just 3 mins walk. Re carpet stains, yes there were a few, but they are down to people not looking after the apartment while staying there. If I spilt wine/food at home I would clear it up not leave it for someone else to do, which has cause a stain! Checking in and out was so easy, with the use of a door key code. The property management were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were easy to contact via email The complex has a regulated quiet time 11pm to 9am which ensures everyone gets the peace and quiet they deserve on an evening. This complex has residential as well as holiday homes. The pool & pool bar were well appreciated on days we just wanted to laze around.

Great place to stay for us! But the beds and pillows are horrible. Definitely need new ones. Could use more towels.
