Perfect stay - Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything we could possibly need.As a family of four, we found the space to be just right – comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and having access to amenities like the pool and gym was a huge bonus.

Great Stay

Exactly as listed, condo worked perfect for our family while we were in town for a sporting event at the convention center. Excellent communication with the host both before and during our trip. Would definitely stay with them again!

Close to Universal / Nice Place to Stay

Property manager checked in and was always willing to help and answer questions. Condo was as we expected and worked great for our family of 5. Only downside was that each room did not have a ceiling fan -- only a box fan which was loud to watch TV at night. Otherwise, great host and would stay there again.

Great stay every year

We always choose vista cays as stay for our November/December appearance in the OCCC. This condo was great perfect location, infrastructure and hospitality. Everything we need for a 3 week trip in Orlando.Thanks a lot to Gary who was very responsive and helpful.Best regards from Germany!

Vista Cay penthouse

The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all the basic equipment. It's close to many attractions and restaurants. We come for the convention center and it's at the opposite end of the resort from OCCC but we were still able to walk back and forth to avoid paying for parking. The pool area has had several upgrades since we were here a year ago. The check in and check out process was very easy.

Great location.

We've stayed in a good number of VRBOs, and this is one of the best. Most of what you need to know is in the VRBO website description, but I want to add some more specific info. Not only are there 4 TVs, but 3 of them are of good size. And something you almost never see in VRBOs is that there was full cable on all of them. The management company rep was excellent about communication and readily accessible, even after normal business hours. We would definitely stay there again.

You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, which is just 7 minutes by car, SeaWorld, approx. 4 minutes, Disney, 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle Creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community, and when you book with us, all amenities are free with no resort fees. Free parking and free WIFI. Epic Universe and the Convention Center are across the street.
