Great property. Poor management.
We loved the location and property- especially the swimming pool.
We struggled communicating with the property manager before we even left. I asked about laundry detergent and beach gear because I wanted to know what to pack. Their answer was delayed and so vague that I had to ask again. They did not have either. Also, the property says it accommodates 8, but there were only 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay.
When we checked in at midnight, they had emailed us the wrong code. That was pretty frustrating after a long day of traveling with kids.
We have worked for property management companies and even owned our own vacation rentals. We have never seen or stayed at a place that didn’t provide the basic needs such as enough toilet paper rolls.
