Amazing area!

The location was amazing! Close to everything. Community was well kept, Pool was gated and clean. There is so much to do and see we need to come back. Clubhouse had some great coupons for things to do in the area. Communication was fast and on point! Thank you.

Last minute booking for funeral

The management company was attentive and welcoming. There were a few maintenance issues and the place is very basic. But at such a low price, we really can't complain.

Not impressed

It was ok. The property had a smell and furniture left much to be desired. One of our beds was actually broken. Location was great and for the price it was good.

The experience is good, it can be improved by making adjustments to the property. It is a place with all the nearby stores and attractions, just as close, and in terms of communication, it is very good. Any problem and they resolve it immediately, we give them an 8 rating

Dirty

House was dirty. Bedding has bodily fluids on it. Floors were nasty. Found trash in the rooms. Has to go buy bedding and cleaning supplies. Beds were very uncomfortable. Driveway does not fit a large SUV and we were told they would tow it.

biggest disappointment of the whole trip was no acess to the pool.. they stated there was a ley fob for acess but it wasnt found asked the manager and got 0 help. the place had ver few dishes not even a pizza pan or really any cooking utensil.. first night there we almost had our vehicle towed as there was notbing in the contract about parking over the sidewalk that was 65 dollars we wont get back.. like i said this was just disappointing

Great potential

Pros: Great location near stores like Aldi, Wawa, Dollar Tree, several food options and area attractions. The home is in a safe area, gated community, easy check-in, nice pool area, and the home has an overall great layout. The back outdoor area overlooking the lake was nice while drinking my morning coffee. Jesus our contact was responsive to messages sent. Added pluses include the ice machine, filtered water, washer/dryer, and basic paper goods, dish soap, & hand soap. Cons: The home needs some maintenance and TLC. The carpets need replacing, as well as the bedding and a couple of mattresses. The kitchen was not equipped to make real meals. Cheaper non-stick pans, basic utensils, no cutting knives, plates and glasses are limited. The heating /cooling system wasn't in working order, luckily the weather was comfortable and we didn't need it. The parking can be tight if you have a larger SUV but it is doable. The home is pet- friendly, and kind of smells like it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a few days, we made the best of the situation. As a STR manager myself, this place has lots of potential if a little more was put into the home, some updates, better linens, more kitchen tools, and sturdier furniture.

To begin with, front door entry code number was not the correct one from the email neither was the wifi name or password and even then the wifi stopped working the first night. Front door is stuck and doesn’t open or lock correctly, you have to enter the code to lock and then jiggle it back and forth until it locks from the outside. Most of the beds are broken on one side and sink in. 2nd floor bathtub floods and shower head sprays outside of the shower. Pull out couch looks like its never been cleaned and had dog hair everywhere, we had to buy an inflatable mattress to use. One of the bulbs over the dinning table were broken so that light couldn’t be turned on. Covered patio in the backyard had a hole in the roof and there were wasps all the time so we couldn’t really use the table outside. The closet door at the entry of the 1st floor bathroom was completely broken and flipped upside down, assuming from either previous renters or cleaning crew. Apart from those main problems, the house wasn’t very clean and just seemed ok. Definitely not what I had seen in the booking sheet

I wouldn’t return…ever.

1. When I arrived, the cleaners were still cleaning at 4pm. They said they needed another hour. I left and returned later. 2. My car was towed JUST LIKE THE LAST PERSON. The driveway is super small and would not hold my Chevy Suburban and I had to pay $250 to get my car back. 3. The beds are uncomfortable. One room had a smell to the mattress. The pillows were overused and flat. 4. There was overgrown grass in the sunroom which had a broken door handle. 5. There was no detergent left but it is a requirement to start a load before you leave. 6. Safety-I’ll just say that anybody can enter this house at anytime. 7. The coffee maker like someone mentioned before makes 1 cup brew only…why? its like 20 bucks for a regular size Mr Coffee maker. 8. There are rules to never put the temperature below 70 degrees but Florida is hell and its hot so that is unrealistic. Overall, it seems like the owner of this place never visits the place, used leftover furniture, doesn’t really know what it takes to ensure guests are comfortable and get their money’s worth. I would never return to this place.

We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're sorry for the inconvenience with the cleaning crew. They were finishing up the job when you arrived. We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through of the home before arrivals and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards. That being said, we'll pass your feedback along so future guests do not have the same experience. - The car was towed on the last day of your stay due to improper parking. There are signs all over the community advising people not to block any pathways and not to park on the street. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, but we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. - We were not aware of the broken door in the sun room, however, as soon as we were made aware of the issue we sent a repair man to address it immediately. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Thank you for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve.

Choose somewhere else

We stay in a lot of VRBO homes and this one was one of the worst we've experienced. For starters, the rental company gives you a guest contact immediately upon booking. I reached out to them to ask a question and received no response. I then logged into the rental company website they provided. There was a different name listed as the guest contact so I reached out to them. Again, no response. Then the day of check in, we were given yet another guest contact. That's not an effective communication process. Upon accessing the property, the front door handle is broken and coming off the door. Significant security issue. The house sleeps 8 but there are only 4 plates, bowls, coffee cups, etc. The coffee maker is tiny and for one to two cups and there are very few kitchen items as a whole. The TV is impossible to login unless you have your own Google account. The floors were disgustingly dirty. I had to wipe my feet clean the first day once I realized how dirty they were. One of the beds upstairs is broken and held together by tape. One of the bathrooms upstairs shoots water out of the shower head all over the floor and the toilet seat is broken. We informed our guest contact of all these issues and received little to no response. The couch is incredibly uncomfortable and the chairs at the table were starting to fall apart. I would never stay here again or rent from this company again. Overall the neighborhood and location are nice but I would find a different building to stay in.
