Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was good overall. However, it’s limited to what it provides, such as toilet paper and paper towels. We also require to wash the towels and dry them, strip the linens from the beds, and take out the trash before we leave, which I never had to do when I stayed at many Airbnb. The representative at the business office was not courteous and seemed as it was bothered by my questions and didn’t trust the fact that I was going into the condo that is not ready because I came at 1pm instead at 3 to get the keys. Really? I know what is right and wrong. Oh I also saw a tiny roach. But the condo was cleaned when we arrive .

Attitude Adjustment

The property was as advertised. It was comfortable and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable. Liked having a gas grill and sitting on the deck. No AC but the ceiling fans and opened windows kept us cool. Altitude Adjustment is a great place to get an attitude adjustment.

As Advertised, Solid Rental

Plenty of room for 4. Well equipped kitchen. Owners were super responsive to the only issue (coffe pot took over an hour to brew). New one was brought over 30 minutes later. Having two showers was nice, plenty of towels. Pretty quiet neighborhood, at least when we went. Decent outdoor area. Gas grill on the cheap side but worked just fine. Would stay again.

Perfect condo in a great area

Our first visit to the Davis WV area and we loved it! Condo perfectly situated between Davis and ski areas. Loved the layout with 2 beds and baths up and half bath down, roomy kitchen and dining table large enough for board games as well as meals. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching football after some great hiking. Will definitely try to return and would rent same place again!

Great getaway home!

The property is in a great location, just aa 20 minute or less drive from all of the trails and adventures we took. We loved the balcony on the second floor, the grill and the deck. It's the perfect home for a small group and we would definitely come back. Note - there is no air conditioning so keep this in mind. The rooms have fans and if you open the windows at night the place cools down quickly. We loved this rental!

Great Family Time

It was very clean, the surrounding area was great, pool was clean, loved the pavilion and loved having our own gas grille. The bathrooms were very updated but I must say that I would have liked a grab bar outside the master bedroom bathroom. The bathtub was quite deep and for your protection I think you may want to install a bar for ease in stepping out of the shower. But overall our experience was delightful.
