This lovely condominium, right in the center of Canaan Valley provides the perfect reason to take a friends and family vacation. Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this rental home is loaded with extras inside and out. Spring, summer, and fall enjoy the playground, tennis courts, fishing pond, walking circle and more. Winter guests will love the short easy drive to Timberline Mountain, White Grass and Canaan Resort. It is always a short drive to the chic towns of Davis and Thomas. If you feel like staying in, meal prep is easy in the excellently equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals outside on the generous deck or enjoy a quiet dinner by the fire. This lovely end unit provides a little extra space and a lot of extra comfort. Additional TV’s and even a jetted tub will make this home in the mountains a favorite. Come visit and enjoy some Canaan Time!!

This was our first time in one of the updated models. Nice kitchen. The heat did not work in the living room which was difficult to be in that area. The management company tried to repair but the base heaters need to be replaced. They did drop off a space heater but this really needs to be repaired. The twin beds in the upstairs room are extremely hard and suggest the mattresses are replaced. The location is nice and management is responsive.

Great ski weekend!

Our family of four stayed with another family of four and found the townhouse clean and comfortable. Dining table only seats 6 but we pulled up two of the bar stools for family game night with no problem. Drive to Timberline for skiing was very convenient, and local restaurants were easily accessible as well. Kitchen had all necessary items (though could use one or two more pans) and all appliances, heaters, fireplace, etc. worked well. Plenty of closet space for storage of ski clothing, and bathrooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and roomy townhome near Timberline

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general rentals in and around Timberline need some major updating. This rental is pretty good considering. The main level has been updated. Newer kitchen, and flooring and appliances. The kitchen needs replacement non-stick pots/pans as they are all flaking. Also there are no baking/cookie trays..could use one or two. Other than that it's pretty well stocked. The bathrooms have been updated at some point. While not necessarily how I would have done them, they are not original and are clean. The shower head in the master bathroom could be replaced...I'm all for good water pressure but it's kinda insane, almost painful. I tried to adjust it to no avail. Would love the owner to invest in new mattresses and pillows for the unit. They are older than old and super uncomfortable and sagging. Also, the bunk room is great for housing more kids but we had teenagers who felt as though the bunks could come crashing down at any moment. So some newer/sturdier bunks would also be great. I'm sure they are ok for little kids, but teenagers not so much.It was a nice feature that each bedroom had plenty of towels supplied and extra in the bathrooms.The main levels sectional couch was a plus also as it fits quite a few people on it comfortably.Check in and check out was super easy as well.Overall we would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful cozy house

We had a beautiful family getaway in this clean, stylish and neat house. The property is conveniently located next to a playground and restaurants, and our kids enjoyed roaming in the snow.

Great location but...

The condo itself was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the location to the slopes was great. Our family was very disappointed there was no hot tub as advertised. We are skiers and always look forward to relaxing in hot tub after a long day on the slopes! We would not rent here again.
