”The Mountain House is what the owner’s family have always called this well-appointed, never rented before, 3-bedroom Deerfield Village treasure. The full kitchen is generously equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favorite family recipes. The wood burning fireplace makes the comfortable living room extra cozy. The backyard deck provides scenery and a perfect place for outdoor dining and endless conversation around the lovely outside fireplace. A fishing pond, playgrounds, outdoor pool and more, renters can enjoy all the outdoor opportunities Deerfield Village provides. Don’t miss out staying at this wonderful Canaan Valley rental home. We enjoyed our say, The home was perfect for us with plenty of space, clean and peaceful. Being a condo I was worried about noise but we didn't hear any knieghbors at all. It was close to sking and other planed activities. I would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time; house was clean and so cozy. It was also very well stocked with all kitchen items. Perfect amount of paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to any of our requests. I would highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain House. It was clean and modern, and decorated so beautifully. The only problem was that the pictures show a wood burning fireplace (and logs outside) which had been replaced with an electric one. We would have really preferred the wood burning fireplace, and wish this had been more explicitly stated in the description (I'd update the photos pronto). Otherwise lovely place!

Thank you for your feedback on The Mountain House. The homeowner did upgrade her wood-burning fireplace to an electric insert. We will try to get some photos updated soon.
