Beautiful view

The location to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean. The place is a little old and the bathrooms could use a bit better cleaning, but the unit was clean over all and the furniture and beds were comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed the stay and I would stay there again. The rental company was very on top of anything thing we needed.

Best place to stay on the beach.

Great location. Super clean . Great priced. Awesome customer service. Only draw back was poor TV service. Three channels. But will be staying with Tybee vacation rentals again. Great group of people.

Loved it

I loved this townhouse. On the beach and convenient. Clean with a beautiful view. But, if you have a disability, physical or breathing, COPD/Emphysema, there are lots of steps. I will rent from Tybee Vacation Rentals again, but ask for bottom floor and 1 story.

Very clean and great view of the beach.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view off the back deck was great. Access to the beach was good as well. The listing did not show the steps that you have to drag everything up to get into the unit or the steps inside that were not very wide and slippery. The outside steps need to be redone and proper handrails added. Need to let people know that there are a lot of stairs to access the unit and the bedrooms.

Nice beachfront location but tired and not clean

The condo was on the main road heading into Tybee Island. There are two sets of two steep stairs leading up so be prepared to carry your stuff. The condo smelled musty and was not super clean. The view of the beach was the best part. It had a small deck with was directly in-line with the rest of the decks so be prepared for intimate chats with your neighbors. The condo needs a new slider it's fogged up and the screen is ripped and is sticky, the upstairs bathroom had clumps of hair in the corners by the shower, the bedrooms were good size beds comfortable although the sheets were pilly. waking up to the sunrise was beautiful as the back bedroom faces the water which was a nice perk.

A Walk Down Memory Lane

I grew up in south side Savannah. I spent all of my pre-teen and teenage summers at Tybee Island. It was great to stay right on the beach and be able to relive those years. And our Chocolate lab came with us!

Amazing Views and comfy beds

The view from the property was great and the beds were comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen had all that you need but some of the placement of the drink ware was a little confusing. There were only two real issues with the property. The first was with the bathtub. The stopper didn’t work and the manual one provided did not fit that drain style. We had our toddler so we needed a functional tub. The second was the beach access. The post said direct access to the beach but we actually had to walk around the property to get to the beach since it was a second story townhouse. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and checking in and out was a breeze.

Weekend getaway at Beach

The property was under construction. The noise of sawing and hammering was going on. Dust and debris was falling on us while trying to enjoy the deck.

I wish I had known there were so many unsteady stairs. Even up to the bedrooms. The railing did not go high enough.

Clean and convenient

Great spot for our long weekend. Easy check-in, very clean, convenient access to beach in the more residential area of tybee. Walkable to some nearby restaurants. All good!

Great Location Run-down Dirty Property

Here is what was positive: right on a beautiful beach. Here is what was negative: the townouse is run-down. The sliding glass door onto the patio overlooking the beach was barely operable, the carpets and runs- grimy and disgusting, walls.that were patched, bathroom tile broken, and a non functional dishwasher. Nothing was clean. In this time of heightened need for cleanliness, this place was just horrible. No one reached out about our complaints. I guess after receiving their money, the management company and the owners simply do not care. This is definitely buyer (or renter) beware!
