Great condo and location

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Great location, updated kitchen and baths. Nice appliances, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation

The place was nice. Very roomy. We had 4 adults and we had plenty of space to move around. Kitchen spacious and seated 5-6. We loved our stay.

Great Family Vacation!!

Very Clean, Beds (mattress’s) we’re awesome, Pool was very nice, short walk to the Beach. Lifeguards directly in front of rental. No Complaints!

OMG - This place is an oasis!

What a wonderful home to spend a week in. Its clean, beautiful, roomy and stuffed full of great amenities. There is a pool just outside the glass doors, a grill, all the ots and pans you can think of. The beds are huge, the AC works like a freezer and the parking is perfect. Just steps from the beach thru the manicured courtyard. I could live here. Our family needed this break and the PM made it just perfect. We dont often meet suhc kind folks, but she made everything perfect for us. We hope to return to this home soon. #itwasjustwhatweneeded!

Great location

Great location close to everything in Coligney and Seapines. Enjoyed deck and yard by pool with a view of ocean between buildings. Easy 150 yards to beach

"Oceanfront" misleading

While this property is oceanfront, there's very small ocean view well beyond the pool and palm trees that obstruct the view. The property was very dusty and dirty when we came and we had to clean ourselves. Furniture is very old and oversized which makes the place seem very small. Mosquitoes are all around property with little drainage or walkway to beach besides grass. The location is great and the check in/out process was easy, but we were underwhelmed for the price and promise of oceanfront beach views/ access.

Family Reunion

This villa and location was perfect! The complex had easy parking in car ports, its own private beach access, swimming pool and with young children we could walk back and forth to/from the beach/pool with ease. Their was plenty of space inside the villa and the owner was very responsive.

Great Location!

Clean, well-maintained. Perfect location! Easy access to villas, pool, and beach. Would highly recommend this villa. We hope to stay there again next year.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

Had a great family trip here! The condo is well located - just a couple steps to the beach! The beach in front of the condos is quiet and not a bit crowded - we had so much space to spread out and enjoy the beach. The condo was just what we needed and very clean. The owner communicated well and was great to work with. Not a single complaint ! Would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t ask for a better location

The property is right on the beach, making it extremely easy to run up to the villa throughout the day if needed. Also, it is just a short walk to a bunch of shops, restaurants and other fun activities. Would absolutely rent here again!

Nasty condo

Very disappointing that I had to reach out to the owner to get the information on how to get in the gate and door. What was more disappointing was waking up the first morning to a nasty toaster, melty gross spatula and a rusted skillet. The owner did bring a new toaster, spatula and a skillet by the end of the day. The electric skillet has rust on it, most of the pot and pans need to be replaced. Both up and down stairs outside table and chairs are rusty and a small child could get cut on. Looked like the down stairs patio had not been cleaned in months, the water hoses were spread out so people could trip on it, the two-door mat down stairs needs to be replaced before someone trips over one of them. The king size mattresses upstairs were so hard, and in that bathroom the base boards were grossly nasty, the vent had so much dirt on it and the toilet had a crack on it. The walls and carpet need to be replaced and a few other updates. No beach towels in the condo, my husband hooked up the DVD player. It would have been nice to have a key to the down stairs door so it would have been a shorter walk to the beach, I didn’t want to leave the doors unlocked. The one time we went the pool the water was very cloudy and dirty. The pool need major work and pool furniture needs to be replaced.

Great vacation rental

This was a great villa. Clean and comfortable. Our family consist of six adults and one 4 year old and all of us were very happy with the accommodations. We had a problem with cable tv and the owner did everything she could to get it repaired ASAP to no avail. Wish the cable company would have been as helpful as the owner. This unit is beach front and just a short distance to the beach. The pool is very close but not so close that you hear other people. Would definitely recommend this unit for your next stay in Hilton Head!
