Absolutely one our best vacation stays ever! Kitchen sink was broken when we got to the property we called the office. It was taken care of and a proper manner, and the staff was so respectful and communicative.

What a view! And what a cozy space. I don’t think it’s accurate to say it sleeps 12 as we felt 8 was a full house. Absolutely perfect beach vacation would recommend over and over.

Beautiful Penthouse!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse! While it’s not directly on the ocean, the view was still fantastic and we loved enjoying our mornings out on the balcony. The layout was incredibly spacious and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was never crowded—usually just one family at a time—so it ended up being perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again!

Luxurious and large!

Beautifully decorated, with so much space. Very inviting. We enjoyed every minute staying here. Being in the penthouse was awesome!

We have stayed in many places in Ocean City, and this one is by far our favorite! If you are looking for a great property at a great location, look no further. Well appointed, comfortable, and lots of space to visit with your family and friends - the outdoor spaces are fantastic!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

Gorgeous suite, we stayed with 6 adults and 5 children (including 2 infants). Plenty of room. Loved all the balconies. So close to the beach, and all the other fun OC has to offer. Be sure to pack anything you may need, there is very little supplied by the house- things like tissues & paper Towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. we rented linens & towels and they supplied Comforters, but no other blankets to be found. Definitely would recommend, very clean, just know it’s not a typical VRBO rental where the house is stocked with essentials & personal touches

Wonderful Property

Great location and beautiful place. 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants very close by that you can walk to. The condo was very spacious and stocked with everything you need. The multiple balconies were great and had awesome views of the ocean and the bay. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Awesome Condo!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this “penthouse”! It was perfect for our blended family vacation with our adult children! Great location! Plenty of room inside and outside! Very clean and exactly as it was described! The “kids” are already asking if we can rent it again next year!

One of the best stays we have had ever!

This is really a great condo. Has just about anything you could ask for. It's a really large place so great for big families which is hard to find in OC. Location couldn't have been any better also. We really enjoyed it and ourselves. I would honestly say our only complaint, if you can call it that, was the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But for all the other wonderful things we could definitely live with that. Thank you again for a great stay!

Penthouse

This is a beautiful unit. The layout is great. Large balconies. I did have an issue when I used the jacuzzi. A large amount of black residue came from the jets. It was very unpleasant. Also the furniture has stains on all cushions. Otherwise the location is great. The beach is very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful. Reported a few repairs that were needed. Problem getting sheets and towels. Resolved but with a few issues. Should be easier to have beds made and towels available. Should be toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival. Otherwise a lovely condo in great location. I would recommend.

Fantastic Beach Trip

Royal Beach 401 is a beautiful condo. Very upscale and modern, well maintained, and a great location. Very short walk to the beach and great views. Amenities were fantastic. We would definitely rent this again in the future.

Perfection

Loved, loved, loved this property. The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is even more beautiful if person. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Due to Covid 19 the restaurants were only serving take out so we spent the majority of our Memorial Day weekend trip at the condo so the space came in handy. The views from the balconies were amazing. We didn’t get to see a sunrise because it was cloudy every morning. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The beach is a half block away. Already put in a request to book the property for our annual trip next year.

Perfect!!!! Luxury condo, extremely well maintained, clean and furnished. Decor and furnishings are high end. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny!! Plenty of space for everyone to mingle, but also enough room to get away from the others when needed. Everything you could ask for for a great vacation.

Perfect beach house!

The penthouse was absolutely perfect and we would LOVE to come back again one day! Great location and beach views from every room! The house was very very clean (and I'm a psycho clean freak lol), beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It was perfect for two families, with lots of extra space for everyone. Resort rentals was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable week!
