This was a great home for our full family Labor Day stay. There were 14 of us including kids and we enjoyed having a bedroom for all adult couples and a room for the kids. We also enjoyed the huge common living area as wells the fantastic pool area. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and is at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic whatsoever. We also took advantage of the “bike-a-bility” of Hilton Head to go out for coffee, breakfast, dessert, and some other odds and ends. Just a fantastic home to stay in and pretty much exactly as described.

Great multi family getaway!

Had such a restful week here with our family! We had multiple families and the house was so spacious it did not feel crammed at all. Having a bathroom to each bedroom was also a plus!

Baseball/Vacation

We were playing in the DBB World Series in Beaufort but also wanted to make it a vacation. This house was perfect as it was about 45 minutes from the ball park, and on our day off we spent at the beach which is only a five minute walk from the house.

Great Family Vacation House

We can not say enough good things about this place! Location is fantastic for all ages, close to the park, beach, grocery and restaurants. The house had plenty of space for our 3 families where we did not feel like we were on top of each other, but could all sit and eat meals together at the large table. There were so many thoughtful touches from towels to bikes and the beach cart. Communication with the rental company was also fantastic. Loved having the pool for the kids to swim before and after the beach. We would gladly stay here for family vacation again.

Inlet beach

The property managers were very informative and quick to respond to questions. The location of the property on the map was incorrect and misleading (error on part of VRBO). You have to cross a major road to get to the beach - there is a crosswalk, but no traffic light.

Beautiful home with a great setup

We brought a group of Amateur golf players and families. The house has a great setup with an open floor plan that allowed everyone to enjoy each other's company and keep an eye on the outdoor area. The kitchen had a wide variety of dishes including toddler and party stuff. We were able to prepare several meals including a fiesta with margaritas. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Proximity to beach and park as well as the on island are very convenient.

Great house. Great location. Great vacation.

This property was everything we were looking for in a family vacation. We were supposed to be at Anna Maria Island in Florida but hurricane Helene had other plans! We booked this property on very short notice (like one day) and we’re very happy that all things worked out for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the upstairs sitting area when they weren’t enjoying the beautiful beach that was within walking distance. The bikes and the beach cart proved to be valuable assets too. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for p everyone! I would definitely book this home again. Thank you for allowing us to share your property! We loved it.

Wonderful Family Getaway

House was wonderfully cleaned when we arrived. The walk to the beach was easy, convenient, and there is a bike/walk lane so we weren't worried about cars while walking with the kids to the beach. With all the bedrooms and bathrooms the 16 members of our family were able to spread out when needed, yet the wonderful pool deck and chairs helped us stay close when we wanted. Fridge was nice and spacious and allowed us to keep groceries stocked. We had everything we needed. Thanks for the memories!

Very nice home which was easy walking distance to the beach

We had a few entry issues to the property. They were literally remedied in 3 minutes. Stuff happens but I was extremely impressed with how fast and professionally it was resolved. The house was extremely pleasant to stay in and worth the price. I would recommend the property to everyone who is looking for a nice stay and convienence to beach as well as great restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We took a vacation with our kids and their spouses, 9 in all. The house at 7 Barrier Beach Cove was exactly as described. The pool was perfect for our usage, and a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The decoration in the home is fitting for the price range in which we rented. The home felt exactly like the vacation home we paid for. The house was clean, the AC worked very well, and the neighborhood was a short street with about 8 houses on it. The 2 full sized refrigerators and one mini fridge provided more than enough space for our food and beverage needs. 3 rooms with king sized beds gave us options for deciding on where the "master" bedroom should be. The entire family felt like there was enough room to get a breather, while hanging out with the entire family for a week. We will definitely put this on the top of our list when we return in 2025!

Great place!

I wrote the review titled 'Not as impressed as last year.' The details listed in that review were true, however I understand it was the end of the busy summer season and they were not aware of these issues! I was contacted very quickly after I submitted the 3 star review by the management very concerned that our stay was not satisfactory! I am giving them a 5 star rating after discussing my previous review with them and seeing their concern in correcting the issues! The house is beautiful and in a great location & we will stay there again and give them another chance because we like it so well!! Thank you Beth for responding to our concerns and reassuring us that they would corrected! I feel much better about staying there soon!!

Great home and location

We absolutely loved this vacation home, and it was able to accommodate our large group of 3 families. The location is right next to the beach, and close to everything you need in Hilton Head. Would definitely recommend to folks traveling with children.

Very good beach house

The house is large and pretty well kept. I was very clean inside except the windows on two sides have not been washed in some time and had a green haze on them. There were cockroaches, not just the large water roaches but also the small indoor roaches. The pool was very clean but is a little small. All lights, fans and appliances worked fine. The outdoor shower barely puts out any water. Well stocked kitchen ware except short on silverware. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. WiFi was good speed and good range. The location is excellent - not too close to hotels and condos so the beach isn’t too crowded. Very wide beach. We would rent again.

Could/Should/ be better

Property is very spacious for a large family to enjoy the pool and a short walk to the beach. More attention to details would have made our stay more memorable and justified the very high fee for this beach house. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms should be better stocked and ready for a family of 12+ that is advertised for. Kitchen utensils , plates , towels in bathrooms and pillows in bedrooms need to be added. Outdoor furniture , cushions etc need replaced ASAP.. I would consider Frontgate items to spruce up the patio and pool space. As of now, even though we enjoyed our week immensely we would not return to this property. We have stayed at HH in others that were more luxurious for 1/2 the cost.

House was in better condition last summer

We loved this house last year so rented for this year. There were 2 “ratty” throw pillows on the couch! Had to believe they had not been removed. Also, in master bath, there was a panel on counter missing-disposing under sink and pipes. In half bath apparently something happened as big white patch on wall from a repair? The back left burner on stovetop did not work. Overall, House was in better condition last summer. But, despite these issues noted, our family enjoyed the week.

Great house!

We had a fantastic experience at this house. Pool is on the mail level so you can watch kids in the pool while in the kitchen or family room. Lots of space. Easy walk to the beach.
