The photos look better then what it was.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn’t that clean, it was old and dated, the bed made extremely loud noises when you moved therefore I hardly slept. Cockroaches were running around. The spot was great and view absolutely amazing however I would prefer to have a clean/fresh place to stay at especially paying that much.

Poorly maintained (cleaning and pest control)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is nice but property was dirty, beds full of sand, bathroom dirty, ants in living room. Had to clean before bringing luggage from car. Specially in this COVID situation was expecting management will be taking extra care of cleaning but was totally opposite. Checked in on Saturday late afternoon so managing agents office was closed till Monday.

Convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tastefully updated apartment. Great views. Can be a little noisy as it fronts the main street and is located between a busy pub and shopping area, but that's a fair compromise for the views and convenience. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice Apartment - No heating provided

Perfectly positioned overlooking the water at Shoal Bay. We stayed here during the first weekend of September and the unit was freezing. There was a little fan heater which did not work and the unit is completely tiled throughout with no floor rugs in the lounge room, which made it hard to relax given the cold weather during our stay. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds and on the fridge and in the cupboards. All the cups and glasses were filthy in the cupboard, the cleaners should really check these items before guests "check in". It takes a long time for the water to run hot in all taps, which is obviously due to the building itself and the communal hot water system, it's just the fact that you have to let the water run for so long for it to get warm, which is wasteful given that we are in severe drought. Take winter woollies and slippers if the weather is cold.
