Beautiful West End Condo!

Very comfortable West End condo with view of pilgrims monument from the living room. Nicely designed one bedroom unit. Great skylights and wonderful shower! I would highly recommend and stay here again. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay.

A very well appointed property in a quiet neighborhood yet walkable to everything. It also had parking which was a must have for us. Would stay there again.

62 Franklin St Unit 3

This is a top floor apartment on Franklin Street in PTown. A great unit that is quiet but close to everything. The unit is better than the pictures indicate. It's a very open kitchen and living room with a beautiful bathroom and bedroom and a washer and dryer which we used several times. Very convenient. All redone and felt brand new even though the building dates back many years. Mike the owner was always responsive with any questions I had. Also the unit was stocked with everything you need. All wonderful place for a week of fun or a week to relax shop and go the beach. I would recommend this unit highly. Brad Tompkins

Great rental!!

This property has you close enough to 'downtown' Provincetown but with residential living. Nicely appointed property with great use of space (layout). Super CLEAN with great amenities. Communications with host was one of the best we have ever had with rentals. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent!

Beautifully decorated with spacious kitchen and nice furnishings. Don’t be worried about the sloped ceiling, I’m 6’ 4” and had no issues standing at the sink!

Fantastic Condo in Ptown

I can’t recommend this property enough. Big one bedroom, one bath with in unit laundry, a parking space and a big 2 person shower. Very clean, comfortable bed and leather couch. This condo is in a great location, near the grocery store, the gym, and about a 10 min walk to the heart of town. Mike and Rob were great hosts and were excellent at communicating. I will definitely be staying here again.

Your own Provincetown Pied-à-terre

I honestly didn't believe it when I found this place online last minute at such a great price, and I kept waiting for the secret flaw to show itself when I arrived. I suppose it's availability might have been the crazy times we live in, but the takeaway is that a flaw never showed itself. This place is everything it is presented as and more. Incredibly clean, well appointed, and home-y. You really feel like you are living in your own private oasis for your stay. Mike is easily accessible by text and helpful when you have questions.

This place is well appointed and has all the necessary amenities you need. The skylights provide a lot of sky views and light, the bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing! Communication with the owner is prompt and clear. We liked it so much, we reboooked for next year.

We Already Miss the Shower

Bright (lots of skylights), airy (lofty ceilings) and well-equipped. The oversized, well-designed shower almost made me eager to get up every morning. Location is convenient to both Commercial Street and the grocery store, but on a quieter side street. The posted pictures capture it well.

Bright and airy abode in P’town

We immensely enjoyed our week long visit to P’town, not in a small way because of the wonderful and surprisingly bright 3rd floor one bedroom apartment we stayed in. It was clean, modern, and well stocked with all the necessities. Particularly, we enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cooler evenings and the spacious and comfortable sofas in the living room. Thanks for the memories and hope to return soon!

Well-Appointed Perch

Truly just as it appears in the pictures, with a very comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. High ceilings in this top-floor renovation. Tall people should not be concerned. Not shown in pictures is the spacious closet, plenty of shelves, drawers and cubbies in the bedroom. The postcard view of the monument is exceptional at night as are sunsets from the deck. Kind, friendly neighbours in a largely residential area of town, off the beaten track, but within easy reach of west-end Commercial St. in one direction and groceries in another. Easy parking, with a place to lock up a bike. The owner answers questions very promptly and helpfully. What more can one ask for?

Amazing Property

This property is spectacular! Everything was thought of during the renovation process. The rain shower with dual shower heads is a relaxing treat. The property is nicely appointed and well kept. The location is great, as it’s not a far walk to commercial street and it’s quiet at night. If you’re looking for a the best 1 bedroom rental in Ptown this is your place!
