Our home away from home!

Perfect in every way! Quiet, cozy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the backyard and cookouts on the grill. Far enough away to enjoy the quiet but close enough that we could walk in to town every day. Our hosts were very easy to keep in touch with. We look forward to coming back.

Lovely cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood a short walk to town

We loved staying at Cozy Conwell Cottage. The cottage is decorated thoughtfully and had everything for a proper vacation. We loved the little yard to sit in the warm sunshine or under the shade of the maple tree. The bed was comfy and so was the living room furniture. We parked the car and didn’t need it for the rest of our stay.Thank you for a memorable stay at your cozy cottage.

Great Condo!

Fantastic place to stay, very comfortable and short walking distance to the town centre. Also the host was very helpful and responsive. We love visiting Provincetown and would definitely stay in this Condo again!

The place was comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. We had everything needed including essential information provided by owner prior to arrival.

Perfect getaway

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed this well located, well appointed condo. The washer dryer, parking, and quiet air conditioners and fans help make this a perfect place to stay. Looking forward to next year.

Cutest Little Ptown Moment!

Joshua's place is so so so so cute and perfect for what we needed! A quick walk to all the fun in Ptown and an easy walk to the national seashore. 10/10 recommend!

Enjoyable stay

The hosts are very responsive. They have maximized the space to make it very convenient. The TV room/den separates the bedroom from the kitchen for a little bit of privacy. The outdoor area off the bedroom was perfect for coffee and breakfast. The easy walk into town can lead you through a lovely old cemetery, which we had never seen in our many prior visits to Provincetown.

Perfect, Quaint Cottage!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived, the property was clean and ready to go. Josh and Chris were communicative and ensured we had exactly what we needed for a perfect stay. The cottage is off the main strip making it nice and quiet for sleep, but close enough to walk to everything. 10/10 would recommend!

Relaxing cottage vibe

Quaint property with all the essentials for an easy relaxing week in ptown. The furniture was a little worn and musty and the bedding needed to be washed. The shower was also discolored (moldy?).

Don’t Sleep on This Quiet East End Cottage

This was our fifth summer in Provincetown and we really liked the change in location. We’ve previously been on or near Commercial. This spot is set back a few blocks and just a few minutes from the center of town. The unit has ample space and necessary amenities. The host was a pleasure and readily available! Definitely check this place out.

Perfect location for a Provincetown getaway

Whether you are driving or coming by ferry, this adorable condo is for you. The place is exactly as described with additional comfort provided. It is clean, quiet, well appointed/stocked, has air silent air conditioning, ceiling fans, and parking. Josh was very quick to respond to any questions I had. He even added a drying rack for bathing suits and towels after we mentioned something last year when we stayed there. He is a great host and I look forward to returning to "Cozy Conwell"

Definitely a five star accommodation.

My husband and I used to live in P town and this was our first visit since moving west six years ago. We loved this rental for many reasons: location (about a ten minute walk to downtown); cleanliness: super clean and this quiet unit had everything you would ever need; free parking (somewhat of a rarity in Ptown). Perhaps the best part was how easy it was to communicate with Josh. We have used VRBO on many occasions and this compact but well laid out apartment was among the best. Perfect for two people who want to be near the action but who also like some peace and quiet.

Ptown Getaway

Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This space was in a great location a couple blocks from my workshop. it was clean and had what I needed. It Is definitely on the smaller side. I was a solo traveler & used to small space as a New Yorker. It would've felt a bit cramped with another though and not advised for 3. The kitchen which has two burners which worked for me but good to know if you plan on cooking more. All in all great stay

CUTE. COMFORTABLE. WELL APPOINTED.

The unit is as described. Super cute, adorable, well-appointed and with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom has everything you need (towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc.), the bedroom is comfortable w/ storage and plenty of nice hangers (always a plus). Having a beach umbrella, set of beach towels, mats and a beach bag was so NICE! Having washer/dryer, A/C throughout, ceiling fans and parking was superb. The small yard in the back is perfect for unwinding. Thank you Joshua and Chris!

We fell in love with this cottage the moment we walked in--"cozy" was the first word that came to mind (the little backyard, such a bonus). It's away from the hustle and bustle, yet still a quick walk to all of the action on and around Commercial Street. In short: it was perfect for us.
