Perfect location

We rented this condo for 5 weeks and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable, with a patio facing the beautiful golf course and the beach just a three block walk or quick bike ride away. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making dining out easy. The condo itself is modern and updated providing a comfortable, stylish stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully convenient

My husband and I were looking for a place that was all on one floor and a short walk to the beach because of some health issues on my part. This place delivered - we were able to walk to the beach on good days or just walk over to the Waldorf for a drink and enjoy the sunset on the more difficult days. The place was comfortable for us - loved the kitchen and the large screen tv. Not sure why another reviewer said it was just a queen on a king size frame in the master bedroom - it was definitely a king sized bed and comfortable too. Necole was wonderful and very responsive to our needs.

Fabulous stay in Dana Point

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Necole’s condo. We were looking for a family friendly two bedroom that was in close proximity to our favorite Salt Creek beach. Having stayed at the Monarch beach resort and the Ritz Carlton before, we wanted something nice with more room and a kitchen to make meals for our picky 3 year. Necole’s place was perfect - check in was a breeze, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and dishes that we needed, great open layout to watch the kids, great patio with golf course views, super comfortable beds, and two en-suite bathrooms. We walked to PDM for coffee every morning (there is a coffee maker in the house though) but drove to the beach everyday since we have a lot of stuff to take with us. She even had beach towels that we could use. It was a great stay and vacation- you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Dana Point condo

The location this property was great! It is cute and updates are nice. However, it was advertised as a king bed in master. Was a queen mattress on top of a king nation top of a queen frame. My husband and I rolled to the middle. So we tried the second bedroom with a qt and it was hard as a rock. We ended up taking both comforters from both beds to make it a little softer. It helped minimally. Also when we arrived all the towel were extremely damp so we had to dry them in the dryer before we could use them. It is a nice place but the attention to detail is lacking. There was no soap for the showers so we had to buy that along with toilet paper.

Perfect!

This is a great spot in the hard-to-find area of Dana Point. It has a beautiful view; it's close to Laguna Beach and interesting spots in scenic San Juan Capistrano. The decor is lovely; the interior is immaculate; the furnishings are minimal, but quite nice. The owner Necole is a jewel — very pleasant and attentive. We'll be back!

You are walking distance to the Monarch Beach hotel which is directly across the street. Super close to the beach you can just bike down the street or take a walk. It has everything you need and more!

Gorgeous views of the golf course and ocean, what i loved about the home is the ocean breeze that comes in and the clear air. It is also super close to the movie theater around the corner and many restaurants.
