This was a great place to stay. We ( agroupd of 4 adult men ) we there for a football game weekend, and the location was outstanding. You can pretty much walk to Raymond James stadium from there. It's a bit of a hike, but better than sitting in traffic for hours. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner even left us some treats upon check-in (it's the little things that count). It's a pleasant 3 BR 2 BA with a pull out sofa as well. TVs abound, good kitchen, and a great charcoal grill. The back patio and pool area were our favorite places to hang out. The A/C worked VERY well.

Great house and amenities. The neighbors/neighborhood made me feel unsafe. Each day someone came to the house for various reasons asking questions. I am sure they knew that we were not the permanent residents.

Great stay for a concert at the stadium

We stayed for a two day concert at Raymond James Stadium, great location/price. Walkable to the stadium, a little bit of a hike, but not bad! We enjoy the pool and had plenty of room for the weekend.

The pool, the pool, the pool.

The pool was amazing for our week of 90 degree temps! The pool was cleaned on Monday. Pool towels and some pool toys provided. The lanai was also fabulous and a great place to watch sports. The house itself is average. As others have noted, there has been damage to the house which hasn't always been fixed. The TVs are great (no cable but we were able to login to what we needed). We thought the beds were too firm and the pillows unsupportive. Clean sheets & soft blankets. Plenty of bath towels: all of which seemed new. We contacted the management company to get a new frying pan, baking pan, first aid kit, and lightbulbs: they were very responsive. We were there for 9 days and thought the kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we made do. The ice maker in the fridge worked very well, though the dispenser part didn't work. Location to ball parks, downtown, airport was great. Neighbors smoke pot most nights, & listen to music on weekends (but we didn't mind: we played music, too). Tips: Soap was not provided for the dishwasher or the washing machine. Not a big deal, just noting so others can plan ahead. Also, the listing says that there is a desk: there is not. I worked at the dining table. There is a small walmart/grocery store down the street - super easy to get to. Bring flip flops or slippers: our feet were very dirty walking around barefoot.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves for being first timers in a VRBO! Only thing I would change is, it would have been nice to have more chairs outside or maybe a picnic table to sit at. They did have an outdoor screened porch with these things but we did not want to move everything outside then back inside. Also the refrigerator could be updated as it did not close all the way, could also use more towels in the kitchen for your hands. Other then that we had a great stay!!

Nice property in conveniently located neighborhood. Neighbors were interesting. Refrigerator door would not seal so drinks and food would not get cool. Other than that great place.

Christmas in Tampa

The house layout was great. The pool was great and clean, looks well maintained. The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the kids enjoyed the pool. We liked the screened in porch. The house has not been maintained like the listing pictures, there has clearly been some tenants that have pulled curtains off the walls and the walls have not been repaired. The bed in the main bedroom was terrible, there is a large pothole in the middle of it and it was not a great week of sleep. I suggest replacing that bed. There were no sheets for the pull out couch so we draped a blanket over the mattress and another on top for one of our kids. Overall we had a good stay and the house met our needs but I think in the future we will choose a different house to rent.

Place was very clean, very accurate. Was it in an area that was very nice and around all kinds of stores and restaurants? Hosts is very responsive replies right away. Close to Raymond James Stadium

We went for a football game...Very close to RayJay stadium, Busch Gardens and the Zoo. The street is extremely busy but the fenced in yard and the pool area is nice and secluded! The beds are wonderful, the pool is fabulous. There are random holes all over the place, as well as some wall pictures are missing with the nails sticking out. The neighbors are a bit noisy, and you can smell their weed. No big deal, but if you bring kids you may need to know what to expect.
