The door code issue at arrival and the delay in resolving the toilet concern are not the smooth experience we strive to provide. We’re glad maintenance was able to address the issue within 24 hours. We understand the importance of amenities when choosing a property, and we sincerely apologize that the amenity fob was not available. Despite our efforts, the owner was unable to provide the fob during your stay. Compensation was offered and accepted due to this inconvenience. We also want to clarify that the unit is not advertised as beachfront or having a beach view. Thank you for reviewing your stay, I apologize you did not receive any of your information prior to arrival. I have checked our system and it did show that it was sent over 2 weeks prior to your arrival and we updated your door code on your arrival date. In our Guest Portal we do list what items are included in your rental and we also have a section on what to bring. I am sorry that your experience with Southern did not meet your standards. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. We here at Southern hold our properties and customer service to a high standard. We also perform arrival and departure inspections to our properties that way we can provide a high quality and standard to all our guest. This also allows us the chance to catch such things as broken appliances and damages inside a property from the departing guest. We do state to make us aware of any damaged or broken items in the property, so we are not wrongfully charging guest. It looks like you contacted us about the door code not working and we were able to get you in less than 3 minutes later. You then contacted us back about the parking passes not being visible. We typically keep extra parking passes in the units just for cases like yours where they are not put out in a common area and immediately seen. We will ask guest to check those few areas just for an immediate solution to your issue. I am showing that the property manager came by the unit and confirmed there were extra passes in the unit above the microwave for you. Also, I am not showing that this property has smart TV’s advertised. We have requested this to be an added amenity from the owner for our future guest. I am not showing that you made us aware of any other issues while you were here. Again, I truly apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and hope you have a chance to come back and redo the experience with us here on the Gulf Coast.
