DO NOT BOOK. MUST READ

So we had family come in from out of state, so we decided to rent this house while visiting Orlando for Disney etc.. the photos looked great however we soon found out when we checked in that this house was invested. That’s right ROACHES. Every single time we went into the kitchen you would see them. I called vrbo and the company who takes care of the house for the owner wanting a refund because we had to throw away all are food and it ultimately cost us a lot more money because of this. I have videos and lots of pictures. I sent all are proof to them and still have yet to hear anything back from them. It made are whole trip terrible and I’m still pressing the issue for some kind of compensation. Very disappointed and very disgusting. Like who rents there house out with roaches.

Too Many bugs and Charged for Pool Heat

The property was beautiful and the customer service matched as well however there were soo many roaches it started to become unbearable. I also paid $167 for the pool heat for 3 days but the second and theirs day the pool or spa was not heated. I called right at 5:10 and sure as well it was closed. No one never returned my messages or I never received a refund for the days the heater didn’t work.

Beautiful home!

Home is beautiful and spacious. We had 12 people in our group and no one felt crowded. There were plenty of cups and dishes. There were a few cooking pots and one baking sheet. We had to buy a few as we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and needed some more sheet pans, but we left them for future guests to be able to use. The pool was our favorite place to be hanging out! We purchased pool heat as we weren't sure what the weather would be and it was definitely worth it! The only issue we had is that the mattresses are horrible. The one in the downstairs room was worn on the sides so it felt like we were going to roll off the side, and it felt like we were sleeping on the bare springs if we tried to stay in the middle. We didn't use all of the beds, but out of all the ones we did use, all but one person complained about the rough shape of the mattresses. Hopefully they get those replaced soon and then it'll be fantastic day or night. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful holiday and look forward to coming back for our next family holiday!

Wonderful Week!

Overall we had a great stay! House was nice and clean. Pool was great! There was not a sheet pan for baking biscuits, etc...but there is now thanks to us. We enjoyed the large dining room table and the TV and living room area. It was nice having 3 master bedroom/baths. Washing machine was a bit noisy, but seemed to get the job done. There seemed to be a bit of a fly problem in the neighborhood regarding trash. We chalked that up to being in Florida. We had a wonderful week!!!! Would definitely rent again.

Great for the family

The best parts of the house for us were the big private pool and the big kitchen island. For the budget price, this is a great home for a family of 12. The pool was a good size and never felt cramped. Plenty of patio room for tables and plenty of room for lawn chairs. The big island in the kitchen provided a ton of space for food preparation and dining. There are a few small negatives for this house, but nothing that was that big of a deal. This house is a bit further from Disney and Orlando than the last house we stayed in by about 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. There are a few things in the house that need an upgrade including the pool table and air hockey table. Our kids still enjoyed them though. The washing machine made a loud noise and we were afraid to use it. I would definitely recommend this house at a budget price unless small things will ruin your vacation.

Bathrooms need more cleaning to be done. But overall it was a nice property.

Great stay.

The place was as pictured if not better. The hot tub was great. The game room was fun despite a lean in the pool table.

Short Stay

Communication with managemrnt was awesome. The garage had a portable A/C but barely worked so the kids minimized their game time in there (too hot). There were ants on the kitchen counter; we cleaned off everything upon check-in, which is how we noticed, even with the dark countertops. No pool light and the living room sofa was worn and stained; time for a replacement. The water in the pool was surprisingly not that warm, so I would definitely pay for the heat so that the spa can be used as well.

Nice house for a group

The house was just as pictured and had just about everything we needed. The pool table was broken so we couldn't really enjoy it. Most of the beds need updated, we could feel every spring in the mattresses. They do offer late checkout, for a fee, even if requested at the time of booking. Overall the house was ok, our family had fun.

Property exactly as advertised. Nice secure neighborhood. 20 minutes to Disney. Brand new full service super grocery store 1 mile away.

Great family time

Everything was good and as expected, however, we had issues getting our families in and I had to get out of bed at 0145 to provide information to the gate that had been previously refused - stating it wasn't needed. Rooms needed to be cleaned better - we found trash/dirt under/behind bedside cabinets. Had an issue with hot water, was resolved promptly and communication was excellent. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!!!

This home was perfect for my family Thanksgiving. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms nice, the game room and pool were a huge hit for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the fridge and washer/dryer did not work properly and no pool lights for our evening swim. I called the property manager and was told someone would get back to me, unfortunately that did not happen. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful house but far from all attractions and even a supermarket.

The house is beautiful as portrayed in the pictures. Plenty of room for a whole family, we travel with 6 people. The pool and spa were heated as we had paid for. The beds were comfortable but the house needs new pillows. Pillows are as flat as a pancakes. Be advised if your main purpose is visiting the Disney or Universal parks, this house is at least an hour away in Orlando traffic. It does not matter what time you leave or return, traffic in Orlando is terrible. Also, the house is aways (15 minutes) from any restaurants or the grocerie store. They are building a new Publix closer but it is still not open. We tried ordering both Chinese and pizza delivery, but no one would deliver that far out. Overall the house worked well for our travels and met our expectations based on the provided photos and description.

It was OK....

The house was nice upon arrival, however the furniture in the living room could use some cleaning and maybe an upgrade... We had an issue with one of the TV's not working at all on the Saturday we arrived... I sent an email and followed up the a phone call and email on Monday and someone came out while we were gone and fixed it... however another TV stopped working and I sent another email... well it seemed as though we had begun to become a bother, so we had no TV in my mothers room for the remainder of the stay (2 more days)...The pool table was broken and the foosball table was as well... the chairs in there could use some TLC but it's a game room so no big deal... The room with the 2 beds we though from the pictures were double but they are single's and not very comfortable, the bunk beds either... the Queen and king beds were fine... Overall we had a decent experience, not the best and I have used HomeAway for years...
