Perfect mini vacation

Perfect for Rest and Relaxation

The location was excellent, peaceful, and clean! Great amenities and the coastal decor was amazing! Walking to the beach and pool was easy and shady! We will stay again and highly recommend to families who like privacy and a quiet stay!

Great place

Very nicely renovated unit steps to the beach! Great kitchen- lived that Brita pitcher was in the fridge! Great location close to Coligny. We would book again!

Comfy and cozy studio

We enjoyed being in a gated community although the gate was alittle loud upon opening. The beach access and its convenient location to all we wanted to experience was so nice. Overall it was a great stay. Look forward to revisiting Hilton Head in the future.

Little Christmas Getaway

Much needed, relaxing time at this condo. Great location with a view of the ocean. This end condo unit is close to the stairs and has under unit parking. We did have a small issue and the owner was absolutely great in getting in touch with us quickly! This is the second time staying in this unit and would most likely stay again! Don’t wait and hesitate, JUST DO IT!

Shared from the owner: "Jesse, I'm sorry that your stay with us was less than a satisfactory experience. I would've been happy to send someone to the property right away if I had known about the bathtub. Our local contact is ready at a moment's notice for these kinds of concerns. It was only upon your departure that I was made aware and I had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The door in the bathroom does have a lock, but it is a pocket door and it's small. I hope you return to the island in the near future and consider staying again."

Condo was perfect for 2!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is very cute and clean. It had all the conveniences you would need and coffee on the deck looking at the ocean was wonderful. The walk down to the beach was short and easy. I'd recommend updating the beach chairs for our use but that's about the only thing negative. Check in and out was so easy. Also an easy walk to Coligny plaza and wonderful restaurants. Bike rental right across the road.

Perfect Getaway!

I stayed 4 nights, and would love to go back! The condo was just as described (except with several updates). I had everything I needed, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location to the beach and pool was perfect. Super easy check in. And plenty of parking. I rented a bike and never had to get back in my vehicle. Close to everything, yet feels private. I would definitely put this on my list to come back to. Thank you!!

Very nice accommodations; snafu with orig rental

The property we ended up in was lovely. Would stay again and recommend. It was very close to the historic district. There was a snafu with the first rental canceling at the last min. Lucky Savannah took care of the situation. No complaints. One recommendation would be to put pillow protectors and change them after each guest.

Great location. Needs a bed upgrade.

Perfect little spot right at the beach. Check in was a bit funny with a key fob mixup but we figured it out in the end. The place itself has everything you need, but the bed is super squeaky and in need of replacement. Literally the smallest movement is very loud. There are no beach towels, which would have been nice at the beach but not the end of the world. Location was very walkable to the main part of the beach district and town restaurants and shops. Highly recommend renting bikes as you can get everywhere very easily.

Perfect location - walkable to many shops/stores & restaurants. Only concern is that it’s a pain to open sliders because you have to remove the oversized tension bar and door is not fitted to track. Door also does not lock so best to leave with tension bar in it. Also the cleaners need to clean corner front of bedroom better - wall extremely dusty as well as lamp shade. My husband had to clean off dust before I felt good to sleep.

Nice property. Awful process for check in.

The property itself was good. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in HH. However, upon arrival and check in time I never received any check in information. I had to sit in my vehicle and make numerous phone calls to get check in instructions. Then I had to drive 4 miles in the opposite direction to get the key for the property, drive back and then gain access. It was extremely frustrating as we spent the day in HH and just wanted to relax.

Great location

Upon checking in I found a few issues related to the cleaning between guests- coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, some bits of food on the floor, smeared on chairs, and some grimy little handprints on the mirror behind the sofa. Upon pulling out the sofa bed found some popcorn and chips in there, had to use the vacuum on this as well. Could not find any sheets for the sofa bed so went to wal mart and bought some. After a little cleaning up we enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect, by the beach and east walk to shops and restaurants. This is a studio- no door on the bedroom so best for a couple or small family not needing the privacy of a separate bedroom.

Needs Updates!

Bedroom does not have a T V. The bedroom does get hot with no A C vents in the bedroom. Without Justin from the mgmt. Office coming over to fix the television, we would have not been able to watch network programming. There should be instructions on how to operate both remotes. Justin was very professional and eager to help us. The owners should provide operating instructions for the television. The bed and pillows must be at least 10 years old. Unit is in need of some updates!

Hi Bobby, the homeowner has asked us to share this response: - I’m glad that Justin was eager to help you and was able to resolve your problem. - I do include instructions for the TV in the drawer beneath it, but perhaps a previous guest moved them; I will verify they are still there. - I continue to work to improve and update my condo. The bedroom furniture was replaced last year. After your review, I did order a brand new mattress as I take guest feedback very seriously. - I also purchased a new couch for the living room, which will arrive in early November. I hope you consider returning to the island in the future. Thank you.

Great location, let down by to many small things.

Start with negative: The bathtub was not clean enough to bathe in. The location was difficult to find number 145 was not easily found. You could not see the numbers from the road and there was no way to know which direction to go to get to that particular condo. Had to get out of the car And walk the property to find it. No one answered when I called for help in finding property. At key pickup location they key was open to anyone and unlocked which made me feel uncomfortable. At condo the code to the door was visible in the lock box to the right of the door which makes me think they do not regularly change the code. Made me feel unsafe. The sliding glass door would not lock. There were no sheets for the couch bed. It was a lot of little things that added up to a3 star review. I felt unsafe there with All the lock problems. I tried to call only once and got no return call. Positive things: Great location. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable Water pressure was great. Plenty of towels. Great price. I’ve never given a 3 star review before and felt like I needed to explain why I decided to give such a low rating!

Hi Morgan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -I am sorry to hear about your concerns. I would like to address a few of them to clarify things that I think will help. I was at the condo last week and did verify that the sliding door does lock. However, it is a small lock mechanism so I provide a security bar for added measure and safety. The condo is also not accessible from the ground and the balcony is illuminated partially by a spotlight. The complex also provides a security guard in the busy months during the summer. I do feel the condo is very reasonably secured. The lockbox at the front door does not have the same code as the front door and only is there for a backup key fob for the gate to the parking. -I agree about the bathtub and it was addressed and cleaned thoroughly since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations. -The condo association is responsible for labeling the condo locations, there is a guide at the entrance to the complex that denotes the location of each unit. I will add more detailed notes for the location in response to this feedback. -I am happy to hear that you like the other components and will address the description so future guests find the condo easier. I hope you consider returning to the island in the future.

Perfect stay for 1 or 2 people

The current pic doesn't do the condo justice! It was VERY clean and appears recently painted(the big palm tree mural is gone) which makes it appear larger. There is a different couch and the bed was very comfy as well. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings listening to the ocean, even if it was a bit chilly. We never felt uncomfortable there and enjoyed walking to Coligny Circle businesses and restaurants. There is a security light on the palm tree closest to the balcony that shines directly into the condo but it has light-blocking curtains to curtail that (the only issue with it was while sitting on the balcony it's right in your face). The Evolve group that maintains this condo are amazing people to deal with, keeping us informed in checking in/out and their cleaning personnel we some of the nicest people we dealt with too! We would definitely stay here again!
