STAY on the BEST BEACH in HHI! Located just a few steps off the sandy shores of SOUTH FOREST BEACH. Take a short walk to the TIKI HUT, Celebration Park, and all of the shops/restaurants at COLIGNY.
This Oceanview, Beachfront condo at SEA SIDE VILLAS is the perfect place for your getaway.
Sea Side villas is a an OCEANFRONT RESORT, with swimming pool, private beach access, elevator. Short walk to everything!

One Private queen bedroom with Smart TV, and adjoining full bath. Out In the hallway, There are 2 cute built-in bunks that your kiddos will love - especially if they like SpongeBob.
In the living room there’s a comfy pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 adults.

Living Room: A nice place to relax after a great day at the beach. There’s a large Smart TV, a coffee table (with built-in cushions) to play board games or card games around the table. The sofa folds out into a bed.
Or Read your favorite book while sitting on the balcony sipping coffee… taking in the gorgeous beach view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Range, dishwasher, microwave (which is also a convection oven.)
There is also a large Breville Smart Oven/Air Fryer/Convection Oven/Toaster Oven in the closet.
Coffee Makers: there is a Single-Serve (pod) coffee maker on the counter plus a traditional ground coffee maker in the cabinet.
Stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware crockpot, baking sheets, blender, and a spice rack. We strive to have all the essentials you may need.

We provide Starter Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, a couple trash bags, laundry and dish detergent for the beginning of your stay.
Theres a Publix on your way in ( just before Sea Pines Circle) if you need to grab anything.

We provide enough bath towels for the number of guests on your reservation. There is a laundry service across the hall for you. Please note the machines take coins only.
We do not provide pantry items. Only spices and essentials.

Owned by locals (4th generation HHI locals!) … stay where the locals stay!
This condo is professionally cleaned after every guest.

2 FREE parking spots

NO SMOKING… NO VAPING…. NO PETS…. NO PARTIES….

Beach gear is outside on balcony wall. There’s Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and a large beach cart to carry it all.
No refunds for weather.

Such a cute place! Host was great and responded promptly to messages. Great location, and super close to the beach! It was a nice 10 minute walk to Coligny plaza! Definitely will be back!!!

We were hesitant to book a new listing but this exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and has a great view of the ocean. Condo is a very short walk to Coligny and Celebration Park (our son’s favorite). And the walk to the beach is very easy and accessible. Condo is on the 1st floor and right by the stairs. 10/10 recommend for a couples getaway or small family! Jessica was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. :) GREAT stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Jessica was a fabulous host with excellent and prompt communication. The room was clean and very nice. Just a short walk to the beachfront…maybe about 3 minutes or so. Beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony had a stock of beach chairs, a wagon, some sand toys, a football, etc. There are several small appliances provided in the kitchen to make your stay easier. This isn’t reflecting on Jessica since she’s not in charge of the laundry room, but I do suggest bringing your own coins for the washing machine if you plan to use it. It’s located right across the hall. The change machine is on the next floor up, but it was out of change. Thankfully, we were able to dig up enough to get one load done. We didn't rent bikes, but there’s plenty of space to park them there. We walked almost every day to the Coligny area. Not a bad walk at all. We would 100% stay here again.

I’m a 4th generation HHI Local. My family has deep roots here! Before the HH bridge was built, my grandparents would take the ferry over to Hilton Head and park their car down on the beach at Coligny.
Growing up here, tourism has been a big part of my life, and I am so happy to host you as you visit our beautiful island!
My husband is a Local Inshore Fishing Guide so we spend a lot of time on the water and at the beach.
