Our family enjoyed our stay at this property during the summer of 2023. The house was very clean, spacious, and exactly as portrayed in the photographs and written description. The Del Ray Vacations contacts were very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions. We will definitely consider renting this property again, and will certainly be very confident when working through VRBO and with the Del Ray Vacations team in Orleans, MA. Thank you.

Nice house for a large group

We were a group of 10, across three generations. We really enjoyed our stay. The highlights for us were the fire pit stocked with wood and chairs, the deck with a large dining table, the well stocked kitchen, and the ability to bring our dog. Some of the inconveniences included no black out curtains in the master bedroom upstairs and on the top window in the master bedroom downstairs, no vent in the master bathroom upstairs, and a few small things, like the ice machine that at first didn't make ice, and then when fixed, didn't dispense it. Also, we wished there was a shower in the basement, but we knew what we getting into based on the property description. Otherwise, the house and the property were extremely clean and the property manager was very responsive. Thank you for having us!

The house was bigger than originally thought. The outdoor area was great for a fire. The property is at the end of a very private driveway and backs up to a secluded pond.

Happy weekend on the Cape

Spacious house and surrounding property. Not what you typically see on the Cape. Our group was 5 couples and we found plenty of room for socializing. It has a long driveway and plenty of parking (oddly the information provided said something about no more that 4 cars??). Nice breakfast place right around the corner. Deck is older wood and slippery when wet. An overall pleasant stay. Would not hesitate to rent there again.

Great Rental. Excellent Del Mar Team

Been renting on the Cape for 30 years. We all loved this house. Spacious, well-equipped, good beds and furnishings, fantastic backyard that is great for little kids and very convenient location for Chatham and Harwich . The team from DelMar were very good to work with, strong communications and always willing to help.

Lovely cape setting and stay !

The house and yard were very lovely, a relaxing setting with a large home, beautiful view and very comfortable. The pond wasn't suitable for swimming which we had planned on .. the house didn't feel as deluxe as the house cost - simple amenities would have been nice to be provided such as tissues, detergent, napkins, plastic bags. We also feel Delmar should be the ones to remove the linens. The house was very spacious and friendly but just didn't feel as luxurious for the cost- which was on the high side

A Wonderful Stay In A Beautiful Home

I have been renting a summer home in both Nantucket and Chatham/Orleans for the past 30 years. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience with a very professional, friendly and accommodating staff. My only complaint is that we should have rented for two weeks instead of one! I would definitely book through your company again. Many thanks to all of you.

Great time with friends

Thanks so much for allowing us to use your home for our annual girls weekend away. Due to COVID, we were a much smaller group this year, allowing each of us to have our own bedroom - what a treat that was. The home is beautiful and comfortable and clean. The outdoor space is so tranquil and has such beautiful plantings. We ventured out on the trails behind the house and had an amazing day of it.

AWESOME CAPE ESCAPE!

This home lived up to everything we hoped for and then some! We traveled as 2-families (9 total) along with our pups just days after the recent tornado. There was tons of room for everyone and then some. Check in was a breeze. Property is GORGEOUS, landscaped beautifully and in a fantastic location. 3 minute drive to Stop n Shop (along with Starbucks and Dunkin), 10 min to downtown Chatham, 30 min from Hyannis. We were so happily surprised to discover pet friendly Goose Pond right behind the property with our own 1/4 mile rustic path to get there. Minister's Pond right behind the house was secluded and fun to take the paddle boat on. The house offers a ton more than advertised, and we all feel we have found our go to house for years to come. So much more for us to still discover at this home and in the area. One week wasn't enough time! Management team was on the ball and responded promptly and kindly to my inquiries/concerns along the way. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, clean, and the views of the pond are amazing. Everyone in my group was very happy that I picked this house, and so was I. The rental company was great to work with, check in and check out was clear and easy. Linens and towels provided were very convenient. There were no issues with any aspect of the home. I highly recommend!
