The property is amazing! The views of the ocean are spectacular! While the property is clean and spacious; it needs some attention. The property can accommodate 10 people and we were a party of 7. There was not enough cutlery or crockery ( coffee mugs) and cookware to support a full house. The shower heads are taped in the shower stall and do not allow a person to stand under the shower head to take a shower. A chair on the balcony had a broken leg and the hairdryer was not working. The owner is amazing and very responsive and replaced the broken items right away. When the electric gate did not open, he came right away at 9.30pm. The agent/management company however, are non responsive. I recommend guests contact the owner directly for any issues as he deals with them promptly. Also, for reference, the restaurant noted 1km away is closed , however there are some great places to eat close by and the property is located very centrally and close to airport. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the property and outdoor pool.

Perfect stay but.....

everything would be perfect but....the kitchen and its equipment were not ideal. the house was rented for 10 people and there were not enough plates, cutlery, glasses... The oven also does not heat as it should. that is why I give only 4 stars

Terrible, don't do it!

We were a group of 8 adults. The house is offert on the website for 10 persons, not possible. Our welcome host didn’t speak english, so that was problem 1. We had made a reservation for a 5 bedroom, 3 with extra wide bed, and 4 bathroom. We get a 4 bedroom, 2 with extra wide bed and 2 with single beds. When we get in touch with the owner he said that we were with 6 adults so it was enough. He placed an inflateble matras on the floor for a extra bed, not a good night rest. Not enough plates for breakfast, lunch or dinner for even 8 adults Al the toilet seatings were damage and broken. There were no locks on the bathrooms, not nice. From the 4 pits of the stove only 2 were working. The microwave wasn’t working. The showerhead in the ‘master’ bedroom was stick together with ducktape. The showerhead in the shared bathroom has no place to hang it on the wall. The curtains were broken at the upper part so can’t be close properly. The sun lounchers were damaged and stick together with a thread. On the website it say’s it has an inside pool, NO WAY, NO INSIDE POOL. It is a pity that we can’t place pictures to put out how bad this so called ‘VILLA’ is. For anybody who think of renting this very poor house I have one advise, PLEASE DON’T DO IT!!! It’s not worth the money.

Gute Lage !

Wir (62m/w) waren zur Zeit der Ausgangssperre durch das Corona Virus in dieser luxuriösen Villa. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt sogar ein elektrisches Piano . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Die Autobahn in der Nähe wird hier durch einen Tunnel geführt, so dass man fast nichts hört. Viele liebevolle Details machen den Urlaub auch für Kinder zu einem Erlebnis. Der Pool ist riesig, und wird regelmäßig gepflegt, auch der Garten ist sehr groß,so dass man immer einen Platz im Schatten oder vor Zuviel Wind findet. Die WLAN Verbindung ist sehr stabil und hat eine sehr hohe Leistung. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria, leider konnten wir dort nur einmal essen, danach wurden ja hier auf Madeira auch alle Restaurants geschlossen . Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und unsere Familie diesen herrlichen Platz zeigen.

Propriété agréable

Séjour agréable, dommage la climatisation est en panne ainsi que le matériel de sport, la 5ème chambre est dotée d’un matelas gonflage, un peu dur pour 15 jours. Les transats ne sont pas suffisants si l’on souhaite se poser pour 10 personnes. La villa est propre et la piscine est très bien entretenue. L’accueil est chaleureux.

Casa linda. Um aspecto a mencionar um dos quartos tem camas de crianças, penso que deveriam substituir por camas de corpo e meio ou de casal. Pois assim serviria para crianças e adultos. Restantes instalações maravilhosas. Célia Albuquerque
