Guests are located directly on 30A in the Old Sea Grove neighborhood that sits in between WaterColor and Seaside. The complimentary bikes provided make exploring 30A a breeze. The White House is also located steps away from the nearest beach access and is pet friendly with a fenced in front and back yard. Thanksgiving Getaway with our extra family member (our pet)

This home was cozy and in a perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. This stood out as we were allowed to bring our extra family member, our 7 pound maltipoo. The rental company had a sweet Thanksgiving card waiting for us and my rental help fed a family in need. Very touching!

Great Seaside House

Couldn’t have been happier. How was in good shape and had plenty of space for us. Really enjoyed the pool and front fenced in yard. Property management communicated well and made all the logistics very easy for us.

Would give it 6 starts if possible!

If you are looking at this property book it fast! Beautiful fenced in yard, awesome screened porch, just a few steps away form the beach. Conveniently located a few blocks away from the heart of seaside. Don’t be fooled by the square footage, as this home’s layout may the space feels larger and very comfortable. We definitely will be back!

The management staff was easy to work with and provided a great stay! The house is so close to beach access and almost couldn't be any closer. It's very near Seaside and all kind of places to eat and shop within a short walk or bike ride. I would definitely look for this house again and use Royal Destinations.

This was our third time using Royal Destinations for our Florida trips and we have already booked with them again for next year. I highly recommended their service and the homes they help rent out. The bunk room off the main living area was nice to keep an eye on the little ones and the big kids spent lots of time in the dipping pool. The location to the beach and to restaurants and food in Seaside is a very short walk. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at The White House again!

Perfect getaway

We spent the four nights on this beautiful property. Although it is an older property, the owner’s renovated and updated the house tastefully well. It’s within walking distance of the town of Seaside where there are shops and restaurants. As far as location, this is optimal. It’s located on the busy main road leading in to town, but road noise was not an issue. The room with the double bed was small but we expected it to be as the pictures clearly showed it. My only criticism is that the porch could use a coat of paint, but other than that, the house was perfect for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the home had to offer. A great and easy access to the beach. Royal Destinations communicated quickly and make the check in/out process easy. A few deferred maintenance items you notice once arriving, photos do not reflect them. The primary suite upstair's mini split system did not seem to cool well. Overall, we had a great experience and would/will rent with Royal Destinations again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location for beach and Seaside. My family loved the front porch in afternoon. The pool is more of a dipping pool, the photos can be a little deceiving, if I had known wouldn’t paid $$ to have heated. The bunkroom bathroom is very small more less a large tub stuck in a closet, again photos very deceiving. Overall very nice clean rental.

Hi Mrs. S, Thank you for choosing The White House with Royal Destinations for your Spring Break vacation destination! Although the private pool is petite, the owners have decided to add more lounge chairs in the backyard for maximum sunning and grilling. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers on the 1st floor; the owners intention with the tub in the bunkroom was to provide guests with a bathtub for small children. We are pleased that you found the house very clean and the location convenient for beach access and Seaside adventures. Please come back and see us again soon on 30A!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool and backyard were in dire need of power washing. Sofas need replacements or new slip covers. Paid extra to heat a pool that didn’t work. Told agent but they never followed up.

Seaside in October

This house was nice on the inside and well-kept. The outside property was very disappointing. The grass in the enclosed yard was very high the day we arrived. The outdoor furniture in the front yard, as well as around the pool, was very dirty. The pool also had leaves in it, and the water seemed cloudy. I reported this twice and was told someone would take care of the grass and the furniture but no one came. I had my grandson and dog and we were looking forward to playing in the yard, but the grass was way too high.

We're glad to hear you found the interior of the home clean and well-kept, but we're very sorry the condition of the outdoor areas didn’t meet expectations—especially since the yard and pool were important parts of your stay. We apologize that the grass, furniture, and pool weren’t properly maintained upon your arrival and that our response fell short after you reported the issue. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment, especially with plans to enjoy the space with your grandson and dog. Beautiful home, perfect location!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was gorgeous, located just far enough away from all the busyness of Seaside! Literally across the street from beach! The beach rental co. that property mngt uses is worst in area! We had problem with pool a few days but they fixed it, ice didn't work in refrig. There are no closets in 3 downstairs bedrooms & 1 room no chest!! Screen porch was fabulous!!

Lovely Home - Could use some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The White House is a charming home in a near perfect location. When we arrived the first thing we noticed is that the screened in porch is in need of paint. In addition, the pool area needs a good pressure wash. So much for the negatives, on the positive side the interior is bright and airy. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Seagrove Market and Seaside. The fenced in front and back yards were a great plus for our two dogs. The management team was very responsive to a couple of small issues we had.

Thank you for your review on The White House! This home is located directly on 30A and guests are only steps away from the nearest beach access. Guests can also walk to Seaside and can easily explore all of the area by bike. The White House is a historical Sea Grove Beach home that has had some wonderful updates over the years. The private pool and the fenced in front and back yard make it very unique for the area. This is a pet friendly home, which is great! We would like you to know that Royal Destinations is working very hard with our home owners on completing off season projects and we appreciate your feedback on the screened in porch and pressure washing. We will keep these in mind this off season. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you back again soon at The White House by Royal Destinations!
