We came for a conference and this was a great place for its price, location, and all the amenities! The space is amazing and had everything we needed that we couldn’t bring with us. It was extremely close to restaurants and a grocery store. Also being right down the road from all the amusement parks was wonderful!

Perfect location between Disney & Unisveral

Property is nice & quiet. Unit is a home away from home. Power went out while we we making dinner. Property manager was prompt and took care of it within 30 mins! Fast & courteous service♡ We will come again in the future. Thanks to Gary for consistent transparency throughout our stay.

Fun family holiday

We had a great stay! We needed to be close to the Convention Center and easily walked there daily. We liked that this location was away from the traffic of international drive yet it was still accessible to all the theme parks and highways. Both pool areas and the pathways along the ponds were nice. Gary was great to deal with.

This was an amazing place. We had a ton of fun and the place was new and clean. I had a little issue with the wifi and they helped me right away. (user error)

Great Orlando location!

This condo was super convenient and very clean upon arrival. Easy check in process and great communication with Gary. Home had everything we needed. Loved being so close to a grocery store also. We stayed at this location for AAU volleyball Nationals. We had a rental car and the drive was an easy 5-6 minutes away from the OCCC. We also enjoyed close proximity to Epcot, Disney Springs, ICON park and all the places on International Drive. Will definitely be back!

Good value

Great location. We stayed near the small pool which was very nice. Never had the need to check out the clubhouse and large pool. Unit needs a bit of a refresh and some updating but clean and worked great for our needs. Would suggest some foliage to block the AC unit on the patio would make sitting out there more pleasant.

Returning customer!

This is my second time staying in this unit. Once again it exceeded my expectations! The property is safe and gated, in such an easy location, close to all parks. Everything was very clean, and all of the basics were provided in the apartment. I highly recommend for families or trips with friends. This 3 bedroom 2 bath had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable!

Amazing area and very helpful host

The property was amazing and perfectly located for what we were doing on vacation. All the theme parks were really close. The pool and hot tub area were super nice and clean. Property manager was super helpful and checked in via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we got checked in okay. Definitely will be booking here in the future.

The property was nicer than the pics! The master had a King and one room had two queens instead of one. The owner even brought us new box fans which was much appreciated. They also checked on us and made sure we were happy the whole time. The hershey's kisses and the welcome card were a nice touch as well! We will book again!

Great experience, great place

The property was in a great location close to all major attractions. Also, the apt was very clean and it had everything that made the stay very comfortable. From beginning to end, the property manager was in touch making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Gary, thanks for everything and for sure we will be back.

Property is convenient to both Universal and Disney. The local shopping is very handy. The place was clean and roomy for our large family. I would have liked to be closer to the main pool house but there is a second pool close to the condo. Gary was so good to check in but not bug us. He has helpful eating recommendations and theme park advice. Cleay Communicated the check in and check out process. Overall great experience

Perfect location, spacious 3 bedroom!

This was not my first time renting a home/apartment I'm Orlando, but this is by far a favorite! A very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath, in a safe gated community. Easy walking to a delicious diner, publix, liquor store, and pizza joint! A quick drive to Disney/seaworld and Universal. Pretty cheap uber if you decide on that. We saw an otter at the lake in the complex. We didn't use the pool, but saw a lot of kids going to and from. The unit has 3 queen beds and two large bathrooms. It was equipped with everything you would need for you stay. Extra blankets in the closet! A patio to sit outside. Parking was extremely easy. If you're a group with kids or just adults, this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend! Speaking to management if needed was easy. I did not need to,but they reached out to be sure we settled in and had everything we needed! I will absolutely book here again on my next trip!!

Best Orlando Spot Possible

I cannot overstate how wonderful this property was for us. 1. Three bedrooms fit our family perfectly. 2. Within 8 minutes of Disney, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica - we could not believe how easy it was to complete our itinerary from here. 3. Publix is within walking distance or a 1 minute drive. 4. Pets are allowed. Our dog has diabetes, so we have to give her a shot twice per day. We kept her in the crate all day out of respect for the owners. (It's only one week, and she only lays around all day anyway.) 5. There is an amazing walking track around a pond. It is almost a mile in circumference. This was such a bonus. We took three laps every morning, at lunch, and every evening with the dog. This is truly the best way to start and end a day. 6. The place is beautiful. 7. Gary reached out to us daily via email to make sure we were cared for. We didn't respond much because we left early and came back late, but it was very comforting. 8. The clubhouse with pool, hottub, and rec-room games was a perfect late-night activity for us. 9. The tech -- wifi/dvd/cable/tv - is a really nice touch, but we didn't use it much. 10. The showers are killer. I am ready to upgrade the showers at my house now. 11. Gary answers the phone if you have a question. 12. Everyone here was so quiet. We stayed for a week, and no one was partying loud late at night. 13. We could always find parking when we came "home". 14. We will definitely hope to stay here again in the future. We've never had a better experience than this.

You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, which is just 7 minutes by car, SeaWorld, approx. 4 minutes, Disney, 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle Creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community, and when you book with us, all amenities are free with no resort fees. Free parking and free WIFI. The Epic Universe and Convention Center are across the street.
