Our primary objective is to provide an outstanding rental experience in our beach rentals. Quiet Time-please refrain from making loud noise after 10pm
Guest shall make home available to Owner/Agent for urgent repairs, or to show home, 24 hour oral or written notice shall be reasonable and sufficient.

Everything was perfect and more than what we were expecting. Linda was amazing and Martha was so helpful too. We had a great time and most definitely will comeback again here.

Heart of Hermosa

We had such a great trip, thanks in large part to the communication and support of Linda and Martha. Great, secure location. The furniture is a bit tired, but we didn’t spend a lot of time indoors…just a beautiful place to visit. Thank you!

Great location

This was a great stay. Location is perfect so you end up spending very little time in the actual place. And the place has everything you need while you’re there. Thanks for letting us stay!

Awesome Location

Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)

Don't book! Not worth the money at all!

For the lovers of mold fungus, micro rooms and scuffy places... For all the others: don't book! Could not believe all of this: coffee maker still full of very old coffee grinds with thik mildew... ants on the bed... tiny bugs all over... taky outside grill... There is no room to keep even one suitcase open in neither one of the bedrooms.

Wonderful Beach location

Wow! Great place for 4 adults or small family to stay near the beach. Only 20 steps to the beach. Lovely location. Access to Hermosa and Redondo. The Apartment has all the amenities you need for your stay. In apartment laundry units available, Parking in the garage is great to have. No need to move car once you arrive. You can rent bikes to get anywhere. You can take bikes on The Strand to get anywhere in the area. We happen to get there in time for Fiesta Hermosa on Memorial day. Great atmosphere and locals are very nice. Linda was very accessible. She always answered in a timley manner. Thank you Linda for always being available when we needed an answer. Hope to be back. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends

Outstanding!

“Just minutes from the Beach” does not apply. This property is steps from the beach. Like 30 steps. Very responsive managerial staff which responds to questions and brought us a coffee maker from her own home when the included one didn’t work. Includes a GARAGE!!!!!! Very small and won’t fit a normal size car but you can keep all your bikes and beach toys in it without fear of them getting stolen. BUT……. The owners were able to provide me with my own dedicated parking spot for my full size pickup about a quarter of a block away. If you’ve ever tried to find parking for a full size pickup in Hermosa Beach, you know what a perk this is. Highly recommend!
