メインハウスは1880年頃に改装されたビクトリア朝時代の建物です。 このスタジオは、専用エントランス、クイーンベッド、セントラルエア/ヒート、WiFi、ケーブルテレビ、フルサイズの冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、Keurigコーヒーメーカーを備えたキッチンを備えたリアユニットです。 バスルームにはシャワーの大きな段差があり、便利なワークステーション/化粧台があります。 場所は、ベイフロントから2ブロックの中心部にあり、フラッグラーカレッジキャンパスから歩いてすぐです。 町で最高のレストランは徒歩数分です。 遠方の旅行では、自転車をドアの外に駐車して、より広い視野を探索する準備ができています。 スタジオの隣に有料駐車場があります。

The location is excellent! However, the parking is a PITA. We couldn't connect to the internet. Ran out of paper towels and cloth towels (bath and kitchen) are limited. Overall this location and stay is well worth it. The host was quick to respond and the room is clean but could use a little more attention to corners for harmless critters coming in from the cold that couldn't find their way out. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

This location was very convenient to Flagler College and perfect for us to stay for the family and friends weekend. Also was convenient to the historic St. George Street shops. Walking distance to where we needed to go. Love the location.

The kitchen is small, however it has everything one could need including coffee pods and dish soap wine glasses etc. The convienence was terrific. We parked in the garage and never used the car again until we left. St. George st and most of the hi-visited places are close by. We would stay there again.

Property was perfect! In walking distance of everything you want to see. When we arrived, the wifi router needed to be reset and the property owner PROMPTLY had it fixed within minutes. We are very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again next year!

Joe's property was the perfect spot for our weekend stay for a wedding in downtown St. Augustine. The studio is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and a cooler. The studio was very clean, which is always the most important to me. The location can't be beat! Walk out the door and you are right in the heart of downtown.

This property is in an excellent location to walk around the historic district. We parked our car and didn’t need it during our stay. We got the trolley pass for two days. It includes a bus to the beach. The host was extremely responsive. The room is as described. Small, but sufficient for our needs. We would rent it again.

We have watched the city grow from a quiet, sleepy little beach town to a still small and still friendly little city that has managed to preserve its heritage and multicultural diversity. We have lived in many cities around the world following jobs and dreams and we always manage to return to St Augustine. This is our home and we invite you to partake of our hospitality and the historic charm and natural wonders the city has to offer.
