Great stay fia quick trip. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions which made it perfect. For a longer stay the one bathroom for 4 people, two teenagers might be tough but worked fine for is for a shorter trip.

We had a very quick stay as we only slept there. Beds were comfortable and the entire house was spotless clean. When the train passes you can hear it ever so lightly, but it was not bothersome. The hosts are great at communicating in a good time, you may need to get the entry code in advance, or it might be in your check-in paperwork. Because we were so busy with traveling and sightseeing, we were parched and did not have any more drinks on hand. So maybe a little water bottles in the fridge would be good. There was ice in the freezer and cooking essentials like salt pepper oil. We would stay here anytime we come to St Augustine. It was lovely!!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The neighborhood felt very secure and an easy walking distance to the downtown strip

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The house was perfect for my mom and I. The home is well cared for and so clean. It has everything you would be looking for during your stay. The owner is wonderful and so lovely when I had an issue that was my fault. She could have been more helpful or patient. It is so close to the college and St George St. making it a great location!

Check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable. TV in each room was a nice bonus, and it's central location meant we could just leave the car parked all weekend and walk everywhere! It's also close to the hop on trolly

Everything was terrific! But - One big issue in my opinion is their AC unit right in bedroom. I was waking up every time it started. About every 15-20 min. If u booking, ask second floor, so nobody will walk on u or worst drop something on the floor and u will think there is bomb explosion.

This was a nice little condo which is centrally located just blocks from St George St. and other points of interest. Access was easy and parking a breeze. If we had to pay for parking around this location it is about 15 to 20 or more, so it was nice to have 2 nice parking spaces included in what seems like a safe area. The location itself is very quiet and appears to be a nice area. We had no problems with the condo. It was clean on arrival and had everything we needed. We had no need to call our hosts for anything. We would stay here again if we re-visited the area.

We loved this VRBO. The owner was very easy to communicate with. It was as advertised, and much attention was given to items needed to make our stay enjoyable. Will highly recommend to others. Also, it was as pictured in the advertisement.

Quick Stopover

My mom and I spent 2 nights here on the way to visit other family. Primary bed is soft, twin beds were comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but functional. Parking is convenient and free, and the condo is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location for historic district

This is a great apartment for easy walks to all the sites around Flagler College, historic downtown, and the hop on hop off trolley tours. Very comfortable beds and nice little kitchen and bathroom. My husband and I thought it was perfect for a quick little St. Augustine visit.
